Awful service. We ordered chicken pizza no notification that they ran out of chicken. Would have been nice when we picked up the pizzas to be told. We would not have gotten the pizzas. We would have went elsewhere. Now we have 3 pizzas in the trash that we paid full price for. Customer service sucks.

Food is nice and greasy, as it should be, but dips taste like pure drippings. The atmosphere in the store, like in the citizens' office, has flair

The pizza hand-tossed at Dominos is not the best pizza you can get around here. It's soggy.
Although, Dominos now offers New-York Style pizza, and this was a BIG game changer for me. A little more pricey, but so worth it ! A regular size (6 - piece) feeds me plus left overs.🙂🫠
Looking for something else, other than pizza? I have had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich once or twice and it hits the spot! Comes with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Steak and Cheese (Philly cheese-steak) Sandwich, it's disappointing.
From a service stand-point, the employees work as fast as possible and are polite and courteous of the food you order and will let you know about your order when you first walk in to pick it up (how long it will take to finish cooking; preparing).
I noticed that employees are very focused from the get go and there is NOT a lot of chatter amongst one another. Hard workers 😁
Delivery service is always the same experience when I use DoorDash. Fast, and efficient.
Domino's on-site parking is easy to handle and there's plenty of parking for everyone, including the handicapped.

A little dismayed with today's experience as I drove up to the pickup window and failed to be noticed. I sat there for a couple minutes assuming I would eventually be seen. I could see movement inside but I couldn't see any faces so I'm sure they probably couldn't see me either. I hesitated but eventually gave my horn a little beep. Still no one saw me. After another minute, I got partially out of my car and gave a knock on the window. I thought for sure this would get their attention. I got back in my car and waited. Still nothing so I waved my arms to see if the movement would get some attention. Still nothing. At this point, I'm fairly annoyed. It's 3:30 in the afternoon which is not a busy time for a restaurant. I have more than a decade's experience in them. And for someone to not be checking the drive-up window when they have orders for it and there's even one of those mirrors inside so that they can see this area from blind spots in the kitchen. When I noticed this and I could see them talking with each other and not noticing me waving my arms knocking on the window and beeping my horn I was a little perturbed when I drove off and around to go inside. I understand people make mistakes, and so I went in and politely told the person that greeted me what had happened. He brushed it off with a pretty insincere sorry and just asked me my name and run me up. He didn't address it and it didn't show any real concerned at all. If he has at least looked me in my eyes and given a sincere apology, I would have at least felt heard. Now I understand that they are young workers and their learning, and don't get me wrong, no one was rude, but I wouldn't call it good customer service either. I got a spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread, something I get all the time. It was okay, but seemed very light on the spinach. However it still was enjoyable. Thank you.

Had an online order tonight. The sandwhich was made wrong and I submitted feedback thinking nothing would come of it. However the manager Joshua personally called me and apologized and offered a few options to make the situation right. Absolutely wonderful customer service which is rare nowadays. Very appreciative of the resolution and will most definitely be ordering again because of this manager and his attitude.

Delivery service is abysmal. After a particularly bad experience (rude diver, over a hour wait, pizza was cold and shaken up in the box, etc), I gave them another chance a month later. Same driver, and I didn't get everything I paid for. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...

The staff here are amazing, They accidentally deliverd my pizza to the wrong spot due to a gps error, but immediately made it right! Im increadbly happy with the service! I will absolutely keep ordering food from here!
