We came to Dunkin’s to get some food I ordered 2 loaded hash browns. We got them and they were ice cold. We asked them to please remake them warm and the server came out and rudely told us that “loaded hash browns are always ice cold cause of the cheese”. I have gotten plenty of loaded hashbrowns and they have ALWAYS been hot. Will not be returning.

I've been to this Dunkin six days straight and somehow my order has been wrong every single time. Drinks made wrong, items missing, or something completely forgotten. Today they left several things out again, so I called to talk to the manager Michelle and she hung up on me.
Mistakes happen once in a while, but six days in a row is a pattern, not an accident. I've actually worked this job before, so I know it's not that complicated to read an order and hand out the right items.
The bigger issue is the attitude. When customers try to call and fix a mistake, hanging up on them isn't exactly great management.
If America runs on Dunkin, this location is the reason people show up late and frustrated.

Waited 10 minutes for small coffee, employee showed up at 5:47, finished her cigarette, went in, made herself a drink and came back out for another cigarette, co worker joined her. 2 people inside struggling, she finally comes in,was rude to me so I left, never going back! Older woman, blonde ponytail, glasses, should be fired!!

Under staffed, if applicable customer had a question they were met with rudeness. I waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees that were made wrong.
Waited about 20 minutes for a mobile order I placed almost 10 minutes prior to showing up. I ordered a frozen coffee and hashbrowns. Coffee came out fine but the hashbrowns were a very long wait and came out burnt and cold. I grabbed them as soon as it was called so I'm guessing they had burnt some earlier and noticed I had been waiting a while and handed me ones that were set aside discarded just to get me out the door. Very disappointing. If I wasn't running late for work because of it I would have had them remake. Unfortunately I wasn't gonna risk food poisoning over sitting food because im pregnant and had to throw away food I paid for. Older man was also swearing and getting very flustered over ordered coming in despite it not even being very busy. Ive seen this location far busier with less staff than they had on operate more efficiently and professionally.

The staff here appears to be disengaged, spending a considerable amount of time on their personal devices, despite a noticeable backlog of tasks that I would have gladly assisted with without compensation. There was also a rather distressing verbal altercation between management and a regular employee. I believe it would be beneficial for someone in a higher position to address these matters. Additionally, the donut I received was quite stale, suggesting it may have been left out for an extended period.
