I love Dunkin but this location is sad. I ordered a Latte, they weren't busy. Coffee came out fast but was cold. I walked back in to see if they could warm it up in a microwave but they didn't have one. Made no offer to make a hot one for me. The guys only comment was "Well, it should be. I just made it. " I won't be back here.

Restaurant is overall clean except for the fact that they allow homeless to set up camp inside the building and as for their employees and service goes slow as all get out food is often cold when handed back to you and their front counter guy Chris said more than three times and two minute conversation that he doesn’t care about his job or his ability to be a good customer service rep I told him that I would have him reported stating that in front of lobby of customers and he said it’s not like you could do anything. It’s my job not yours as a customer and a delivery driver that pisses me off that they would even allow a bum to work there that can’t bag orders take orders or help others out when they are falling behind is useless and his attitude sucks. Go in there and take the trash out.
