today at 4 in the afternoon when I leave work I stop to buy a small cappuccino with candy and cream it lasted 20 minutes and no one took my order when I spoke a girl tells me give me a moment 5 more minutes pass and a boy takes the order everything I ask him he tells me that they don't have and at the end the girl starts talking again and says I can't help you have a happy rest of the day when I stand at the window the lobby is empty they don't have customers there are no No one at the counter the girl is white she had a tail she has black hair when she saw that I was going to take a picture of her she moved. Now I understand why he is always without customers, no one wants to work and they are rude.

This has to be the only Dunkinā Donuts that ādoesnāt allow you to modify the milkā in a signature latte. I get the same thing at every Dunkinā Donuts but this one it only comes with oat milk which I donāt like, nor do they say anything when I order with whole milk that it doesnāt come that way. When I asked about it, they told me thatās how it comes with no modifications in a rude sarcastic tone. Terrible service.

Just got med ice milk only.....they used cream...yuck Med hot..milk only ..again used cream! No napkins....they were out. Bathroom was nasty. To the point where we didn't even want to wash our hands ..thank goodness for hand sanitizer in the truck.

The lady today working who made my coffee, Corrina, she made it absolutely perfect and made it so super fresh. She was kind and understood what I wanted. Small decaf coffee, cream and hazelnut. Honestly the best service I got. Was simple, but left an impression.

As much as we love this location. There this lady āNikkiā who took our order at drive through and her voice was clearly breaking up in the machine. She got the wrong order and when we asked for the correct order at the window (noticed we were Indians) she kept telling her colleagues that it was a ālanguage barrierā when it was clearly her job to know what the customer needs are. Very bad service by particular person.
