Super slow. Mobile orders and drive through take priority over walk ins. And by priority, i mean you will wait 20 minutes for coffee and a donut when there is only one person in front of you. I saw no less than four people walk in and after a few minutes waln out while we watched them fill mobiles and drive thrus. Granted, I get it, you are understaffed, but when the server snaps at you and acts put out when you ask for the donut you paid for and they forgot to give you, that's not OK. Skip it.

I love coming here for the people are so nice like my family. My dog and I love coming here.bToday the coffee machine exploded and the employees Judy and Shane were so kind in the mids of the chaos. They went out of their way to be kind to me and other customers,even though they were under duress. I wanted to write two reviews because I care so much about the people here . And it’s not an easy job as busy as they are

The speakers/microphone at this location do not work well, so you can't hear anything on either end. Staff is very nice and helpful, but drive thru is a pain because they will not fix the issue.

ZERO STARS The place is brutal. Opens late. Always making their workers work alone. That Dunkin donuts abuses their workers. The managers don't step up to help their team. Poor tom always working alone. Something needs to be done. Your company breaking a lot of labor laws. Get your shyt together or the sueing of the company is gonna start Happening. Poor guy legit working today May 5, 2024 from 4am till 10am BY HIMSELF. THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. well hopefully it's just till 10 am. Thank heavens I was texting a friend who's day off it was usually has no sitter quickly found a sitter to stay with his kids so he can fly to dunks to help Tom. If tom hand not called out cuz his tooth pain he legit would have been working by himself again . The pictures are from may 27 2024 . This is happening so many Sundays in a row it's ridiculous. Oh yeah. The manager can't help cuZ it's "her only day off" it's what you signed up for. Some managers these days suck major balls. She could be going in untill she finds her help ...or even help the one employee to show up. But she won't. "ITS HER ONLY DAY OFF" WAAAAA who's the baby you. .or your child?

Pros:-Friendly, personable staff!-Clean bathrooms!-Special seasonal “eclipse donut!”-They put the schmear of cream cheese on your bagel when requested!Cons:-Their definition of well-toasted is lukewarm with little or no coloration, claiming that any more toasted will cause the bagel to catch fire ?

The service there is wonderful however I really feel bad for these people that work there. It is December 7th and it is pretty bad when you walk into a business and you can see your own breath because the business doesn't Have any heat. When I asked the employee about it why it was so cold. They told me it had been mentioned several times and management refuses to do anything about correcting the problem. I think I would look for another duncan to work at if I were them.
