Edit: came back after 3 years to let yall know this dunkins is still trash. Today, no donuts at all, and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged.

This specific dunkins on Manchester st in concord has become a disaster over the past couple of months. They fired/transfered their entire crew and replaced them with people who simply don't seem to give a crap. You place an order online and show up 15 minutes later and they somehow don't have it ready and lost your slips and then act like thats somehow your problem. Don't bother if they offer to put in a refund for you because it never goes through, and avoid the drive through at all costs unless you have 20 minutes of your life to give up to them just for them to somehow get your order completely wrong. I wish I could say it's because they are low on staff, but they consistently have 4 or more employees there. I highly suggest going to one of th other 3 dunkins within a mile of this one until they find competent staff

My family and I visit every weekend, and it has become the absolute highlight of our children's morning—and even our dog's!

The entire staff is consistently kind and friendly regardless of how busy they become. The real standout, however, is Mandy. She always greets us with a smile and makes sure our dog gets a small pup-cup, which she knows is the key to his happiness. Mandy goes above and beyond—she has even taken the time to share great tips on fun, family-friendly events in the local area for us to check out!

It's clear Mandy and the team care about their customers. This isn't just a quick stop for coffee and donuts; it's a friendly, welcoming neighborhood spot. Thank you, Mandy, and the entire Dunkin' crew, for always making our weekend routine so memorable!

Order was wrong AGAIN!! Maybe it has something to do with the drive thru that is covered in duct tape with a speaker that barely works!!! Do better corporate!! Your employees are suffering due to your lack of support to get them sufficient equipment!! $5 ice coffee through a busted speaker is bullshit!! I have watched this place cycle through employees 4 times in the last year. I love my dunking coffee but these employees are dealing with issues that they shouldn’t have to!! Corporate needs to get a clue like fix your shit instead of paying Ben Affleck millions of $ to do your commercials??? Staff are human and working very hard under bad conditions and low staff!!

I go through the drive thru once a week when I'm on my way to see my daughter and my granddaughter. I usually order my daughter the same sandwich and the same drink every week. Normally, I have the same older ladies and they're always very nice! Yesterday, I went through, and there was a middle-aged woman working, and she literally threw the bag with my daughter's sandwich on the counter. She seemed to have an attitude for whatever reason! The guy who was apparently working the counter came over to assist her at the window, and she even gave him a sassy reply when all he was trying to do was help her help me! My thought was that if she doesn't want to work there, maybe she should find something else that might actually make her smile! I didn't think I asked for much, seeing as the older ladies that normally help me are always very nice and I order the same thing every week🤷🏼‍♀️!

Super slow. Mobile orders and drive through take priority over walk ins. And by priority, i mean you will wait 20 minutes for coffee and a donut when there is only one person in front of you. I saw no less than four people walk in and after a few minutes waln out while we watched them fill mobiles and drive thrus. Granted, I get it, you are understaffed, but when the server snaps at you and acts put out when you ask for the donut you paid for and they forgot to give you, that's not OK. Skip it.

I love coming here for the people are so nice like my family. My dog and I love coming here.bToday the coffee machine exploded and the employees Judy and Shane were so kind in the mids of the chaos. They went out of their way to be kind to me and other customers,even though they were under duress. I wanted to write two reviews because I care so much about the people here . And it’s not an easy job as busy as they are
