Literally was in line for 20 minutes for coffee. If you actually watch them inside work your head will spin in wondering what the hell they are actually doing. Are they working? No idea. I watched someone mix my coffee with a ladle for not even kidding 2 minutes of time. If you think about that it is a long time to mix a drink. When you get service this bad, yes, you will nit pick someone mixing a coffee. Fire everyone. Maybe even burn the building at this point. 🤣

extremely dissatisfied. just went and bought two orders of their maple sugar snackin bacon. paid and left. both orders were hardly cooked, soggy, and cold. this is my go to and there is always black pepper and the maple sugar on them. there was absolutely none just plain bacon. i’ve never seen it come without at least the pepper. the employee was also very blunt and unhygienic.

Hands down the WORST Dunkin in NH. Always rude and today I spent 23 minutes in line for a mobile pick up. Finally went inside and there’s 1 person making a drink as slowly as humanly possible, another one watching her and talking shit that someone pulled out of the drive thru line (ME), and nobody greeting customers at the counter. My order was wrong and my coffee tasted like plastic. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to file a complaint with Dunkin for a refund before deciding to press 1 to receive a call back. Waited an hour for a call but heard nothing so I called again and waited 17 minutes on hold before getting a person. I could barely understand this person and was told it takes 2-5 business days to have someone call me back to DISCUSS a refund. Rather pay double and get quality items from Starbucks from employees who are kind, happy, and efficient.
This place takes a very long time in the Drive-Thru every time I come through, and I come through every time I forget how long it takes.

Two people working on a Saturday morning I waited 20 minutes at the counter as they dealt with a long line at the drive-thru. After that I gave up and left

Placed mobile order at 1507. Arrived at 1512 in the drive thru to a very long line. We were the vehicle behind the one at the speaker. Waited until 1523 and realized no one was left in front of the vehicle at the speaker. Drove around that vehicle to the window and waited 3 more minutes. No one came to the window. Went inside. This is a gas station combo dunks. Opened the door to the gas station clerk asking how the day was going and observed a girl next to him at the gas station counter wearing a headset in a dunks outfit eating green beans with her fingers out of a can. I told them we were not doing very good because we’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever after having placed a mobile order. She did not say anything. I asked him if he was the one running dunks, knowing he wasn’t. Then he pointed to her and said she was. She asked if she could see my mobile order and said she would make it. I told her I already sent it in. She said she never got it. We followed her over to the dunks counter and she asked what I ordered. I started to tell her then she asked if my name was Karie. I said yes. She asked the first letter of my last name so I told her. Then she said “oh I have it right here. It just came through.” so she started making the drinks and asked if I had anything else. I reminded her she had my order in her hand and she said she didn’t have any of the food on the orders. We finally got the food, and we finally got the drinks. No apology, no thank you, nothing. She was very argumentative the whole time. Having been loyal dunks customers, we promptly looked at the stickers on our drinks, and the time was stamped 1509. So she had her order the entire time, and wasted all of our time with no acknowledgment and no apology.
