I wanted to order a cappuccino and I was told I couldn’t order it because they close in an hour so the machine is closed. If you are open I should order what I want. Unless the machine is broken or doesn’t work I could understand that. I should be able to order what I want. You don’t shut down a machine until you are closed not an hour before you close.

I’m here almost daily and this morning after going through the drive-through and reading the sign saying they’re ovens are broken they can only do bagels for warm food no problem. So I order my coffee and the girl seemed a little bit in a mood all right your ovens are broken. You probably have a lot of people mad about it and the line was fairly long but moving. But there’s no reason to quite literally throw my hot coffee at me making it out all over the inside of my car. And getting some on myself because you’re irritated and wanted to just get everyone out of your line. I genuinely hope your day does get better.

I don’t really write reviews but maybe it’s because I don’t get take out coffee often. So when I do, it’s a treat. Every time I go here something goes wrong.Today I ordered a peppermint mocha and a croissant sandwich. She asked me how I would like the mocha made. I didn’t know what she meant, so I said “with oatmilk?” Thinking it was milk. Here, I think she meant if I wanted a LATTE or a coffee. Now I’m drinking lukewarm drip coffee with peppermint mocha syrup and oat milk. And the sandwich was burnt.Last time it was whole milk instead of oat so my stomach hurt all day, the time before it took 30 minutes for my order (someone grabbed my drink out of the barista’s hand and she didn’t ask if it was his so then mine had to be remade).I just hate regretting choosing Dunkin whenever I want to treat myself.

Been coming here for years, part of my -almost daily- morning commute to work. Unfortunately, this morning I felt so insulted. I debated it all day, but I do feel the need to share how uncomfortable I was made to feel. Unfortunately as I got to the drive thru window I heard some girl clearly screaming “I THOUGHT THAT SOUNDED LIKE A MAN!!!!!!!” about THREE times in a row before someone else (who was laughing at the comment and agreeing) came to the window to grab my payment. Myself, very much a female, became mortified as she grabbed my card and I could tell she noticed how my face went from ready to be friendly to about to cry. It was silence from there. I hope the current employees know that we in the drive thru can absolutely hear you, especially when you scream insults. I was the only person in the line, so… easy math. It was an awful start to my day, and I just hope they can do better in the future.

There’s a female employee that always gets mad when serving you at the counter; giving you attitude if you order something that needs to be prepared since it’s taking up her time and walks away from you saying she hates people. It’s so bad that they’re closing the inside service and only having drive-thru open which makes it difficult for us truckers. I will never visit this Dunkin’s and want to make sure everyone is aware of the poor customer service.

They finally take your order inside, and the employees act like you are disturbing them when you want to order.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a business it's code

Service varies. Mostly is young people who wait on me and their attitude sucks it's like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. And don't ask questions oh my that sends them over the edge. Not just this DD it's been like that at most of them. I know it's hard to find good help but that's ridiculous. And heaven forbid if you didn't order ahead on the app.

Can I give half s star? The young lady was sweet and trying her best. However the guy working tonight - douche. It's not very common for me to wonder whether or not my drink with spit in but the snarky attitude of the guy working tonight I'm questioning it. If he could smoke a little less pot that would be great.

Its Dunkins what more can I say. Coffee and food is good but prices are a bit high.. but then again, Everything is getting more expensive these days. I discovered recently the reward program changed and no longer gives free coffee for your birthday and it takes longer to earn a free Coffee with the new system. Is till go for a treat now and then, but the value is not the same as it used to be.Much less crowded then the Dunkins down the street and I prefer this location. So gains a star for that, but lost a star for the new rewards program.

I have gotten vanilla creme donuts twice from this dunkins and when I would eat them and it tastes like lemon or some other weird creme flavor that’s disgusting I have wasted money twice if someone was allergic to this filling this would be a lawsuit. LABEL YOUR DONUTS CORRECTLY ????

We got our drinks correct but asked for an everything Bagel with cream cheese we got the bag. Opened it and looked in it and it was 2 muffins not a bagel at all
