Employees were rude when asking a question seemed like they just didn’t want to do their job. Left frustrated and unhappy with the service, very unfortunate.
i just ordered 2 Donuts, that’s it. no one in the store or in the drive through and it took 10 minutes to receive. i actively try to avoid this dunks but thought what the hell my roomie and i are feeling a sweet treat. terrible always terrible. do better

This is by far the dirtiest Dunkin donuts I have been in all their workspaces are filthy and you can tell where they've used a dirty rag to wipe it down as it leaves a cloudy film on everything and forget the bathroom... disgusting.

I was a daily app user but they've really gone downhill. I've thrown away what I was given too many times lately. Pre ordering through the app is not quicker than going in to order. Either way you will be ignored by the 5 people behind the counter. And I don't do drive thru to avoid the unnecessary rudeness from them.
This Dunkin is the worst my orders are always wrong and they never have any food always outa everything and now it's the slowest takes 20 mins in line to get coffee witch is made wrong what the hell wrong with manager and staff pay more then 12 dollars HOUR and PEOPLE WILL WORK. Matt you need to get your store in order your employee don't give a shit... i got the wrong order several times now and when I order 8 dollor peice of bacon I should get it made right and cooked ..i went home and had to cook the bacon more.THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME GOING BACK TO TRY GET THE RIGHT ORDER then not cooked just thew in the bag to pay stupid money
kinda ridiculous. I will never go back to this location the store should be shut down. EMPLOYEE'S PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS NOT JUST THROW WHATEVER IN THE BAG UNCHECKED HERE YOU GO

A middle aged woman rudely asked me to wait at the drive-thru. I placed my order clearly and drove up to the window and was welcomed with an eye roll and a hard stare slowly turning away from me. The iced coffee was black and when I asked for more milk she rolled her eyes again. She asked if it was OK and I said no worries and was left with a blank stare and cold shoulder when I said goodbye.
Everyone has bad days. But this was unnecessary ?

The place is very very messy, the floor is slippery. I watched someone slip and drop their coffee because of the slippery floor. Employees are rude. It consistently takes a long time to get my items

If I could give less stars I would. I’m not sure why it takes 30 min EVERY time I come here… not to mention the selection of stuff to buy is slim to none. The store is always a pigsty and the staff needs to learn some customer service. Save your time and go ANYWHERE else other than here. There’s an Aroma Joes less than 30 seconds away.. go there if you must but not here.

I don’t know if its staffing or training but this Dunkin is unusually bad. Like, even taking into consideration the typical Dunkin experience, this place is worse. They seem to lose orders, they’re always stressed to the nines, there’s very little communication with customers or amongst employees. It’s the closest to my house but fortunately there’s an Aroma Joes nearby, plus plenty of other options. Or other Dunkins downtown.
