this specific dunkin donuts actually sucks, don't recommend ordering here at all. they're slow and mess up food quite often.

I went in and got a coffee today. They shorted me one penny. Not a huge deal but when I asked about it, they said it’s because the bank no longer has pennies and I’m not entitled to my penny. I do believe if you pay for something at a listed price you should get your change back.

I love this Dunkin’s, I come here almost everyday, but I came to this Dunkin’s this morning (September 22, 2025) and received subpar service. Lilly was the name of the girl that took my order in the drive through. Rather than telling me, they ran out of the ingredients and giving me the option to decide if I wanted a different drink she mixed other ingredients to try to give me something similar to what I ordered. This is what I received. The one on the left is supposed to be a mixed berry refresher. The one on the right is what a mixed berry refresher should look like.

They made my food wrong twice and then kept giving me dirty looks and a lot of attitude and I did not appreciate it and my order is still messed up and they said that my food was right, but it was not what I ordered and the worker kept on saying that they don’t wanna continue throwing food away, but they wouldn’t throw it away if they made our food, right

i can’t tell which is worse, the sheer amount of chipotle aioli on my bacon egg and cheese or the disappointment and guilt i now feel for spending $5 on this inedible, chipotle soaked mess. i am now going to shrivel up and hide away, hoping that this chipotle aioli slop of a sandwich will disappear from my pre-frontal cortex. i will need years of therapy to get over this. a gift card will suffice, however.

I ordered a hot chocolate hoping to warm up on the drive back down to boston. IT WAS JUST HOT WATER. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I checked it in a glass cup when i arrived back home and yup. Its just hot water with a bit of chocolate residue from the machine. Look how watery it is…
