The food is phenomenal however the service is a little subpar at times. I order online for pickup on my way to work but prefer my shmear on the side bc Einsteins puts too much for my liking and it’s so messy to eat as a result. There’s no option to add a note or have it on the side in the app. I place my order and then call the store for the request and the phone rings and rings and rings. No one ever answers.

I go to this place to pickup bagels when I have meetings at work. Love the bagels and sandwiches. The service that I received today however was very frustrating. When I arrived there were 6 people ahead of me and the line was moving decently. When it was my turn the woman skipped me and asked the gentlemen behind me if he wanted his usual and went about making his food. I understand that you have regular customers, but to skip the person head of them to take their order was very inappropriate and frustrating for someone who has been patiently waiting for their turn. Management please address this with your staff. Kindly M.
