Came same time two days in a row. I paid with cash yesterday no issue, today the older lady behind the counter is refusing cash payment? I see zero reason a business would prefer a customer leave then take cash. Drove all the way here to be denied because I have cash very disappointed.

The manager Sarah treated us really great and the team makes sure to pass through here for breakfast to fuel our day. Definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great breakfast.

Good food and everything, but the shop is weirdly empty and awkward-feeling inside. Needs more tables or something.
Einstein Bros. Bagels in Concord is a bagel lover, dream. Every visit feels like a cozy carb-filled hug. The bagels are perfectly chewy with that golden crisp outside — just the way a real bagel should be. I am now vegan so my go to is avocado toast but before I lived off of chorizo sunrise. The staff is wonderful, Sarah’s customer service is like no others.

Sarah I think her name is, but the manager of the shop was super nice and quick very friendly and clean environment would 1000% recommend again and the food is amazing she gave me advice on multiple bagels and choices which was great because I honestly was so overwhelmed with all the different choices again will 1000% recommend for a great breakfast sandwich!
