I absolutely love this location! The service here is exceptionally great! The food is always hot ( or cold if needed ), fresh, and made to order. The coffee and beverages are delicious! The management or owner goes above and beyond to ensure top quality and professionalism. I highly recommend this location. And they also offer delivery through Door dash.

I have been a great fan of this place but this morning I was so disappointed with the service. The bagel was completely burnt I have uploaded a photo. I was looking forward to a fresh and well-prepared bagel I hope the store pays more attention to the quality of their products in the future.

Based on my experience last week I will never go to this place to eat again. Not only did we wait a long time without any kind of acknowledgement that we were waiting with no one in front of us and no one else in the restaurant at that time, we also encountered rude service. After ordering and receiving our food, I went to go move one chair to allow my three kids to sit together. There was no sign stating we could no move the chairs. As I was moving the chair, a lady behind the counter yelled out not to move it and that moving chairs wasn't allowed. She then proceeded to speak very loudly to the other customers in line and workers by saying "I don't know why people think they are entitled to move chairs, it's common sense not to do that". Keep in mind that there was no sign posted saying not to move the chairs and there was no other person in the restaurant trying to sit. I was fine with the rule to not move chairs, in fact I said back "I'm sorry I didn't realize we couldn't move them", but the comments after from the lady were really unprofessional and rude. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to get your breakfast.

I miss the dine in option that left after covid. The place doesn't have the same atmosphere anymore without tables and a place to enjoy your food. The counter staff are very friendly. They remember the utensils and all of the napkins and details, which make it a great take out experience.The bagels are the best. Very fresh and delicious with a great variety. I bought the Nova Lox, which was really delicious and a dozen bagels with schmear. The garlic bagels are the bomb!

Went in today and was told that they wouldn't sell a dozen or half since they didn't have enough for sandwiches. Not coming here in the future.

I bought two bagels today. Cost? $6.29 And no, there were NO toppings...just two bagels! This place is absurdly overpriced. Last time I was here, two years ago, there was a line out the door. Today, there was nobody. Just me, and three workers with very little to do. Clearly, this store is circling the drain. Wouldn't be surprised if it's gone by year end.

We are having our last company meeting of the year. We thought that we would get a spread from here. We tried to call the day before but the phone was never picked up. We decided we would just go in. We placed the order after waiting for 15min. We than asked why they did not answer the phone the day before. They told us "We do not do that!?" In our business answering the phone is our number 1 priority. I can tell you we will not be using them again. If customer service is that low on the totem poll I do not want anything to do with them.
