Sadly enough. I've come here a few times and have gotten, the Mediterranean salad. The first time I had the salad was fantastic. The chicken was juicy. Everything was great, but two other times that I got the salad, the chicken was so dry that you couldn't even bite into it. It feel like they're just reusing chicken reheating it on the stove to the point where there's no moisture left in the chicken. The chicken is literally a consistency of a hockey puck ....
Phenomenal food. Simple but cooked to perfection, definitely with love. The service excellent, above and beyond. If I lived here I would be a frequent flyer. Also very good prices. Elsewhere would have paid a lot more.
I did not think I was going to be eating at a Holiday Inn restaurant when we were looking for a place to stop and eat. But it was a nice dining experience. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and our waitress put in our order promptly and checked on us while dining.
The pizza came out hot and fresh; we couldn’t finish it and we were given a box without having to ask for it.
