Great burgers ( amazing burgers ) & fries ( fries are the best ). They should use the Redmond salt, or the pink Himalayan salt for a much better taste & less poisons though ( keep in mind the globalist HATE HU-mans )
All businesses should stop begging for tips though!

At 5 guys you order at counter and then they begin to cook your food. So while you wait you get drinks...Coke Freestyle !! Love it.. and free peanuts! you read the town the potatoes they are using for fries came from ... think Idaho..etc. Then thy hand you a bag with your burgers wrapped in foil and the bag filled with delicious delicious Fries. Sometimes I put a few dash's of vinegar in the bag and Always grab 2 little white cups of Ketchup. Never been disappointed at any 5 guys..

Parking: Parking is lot styled that is shared with a total of ten other businesses utilising it.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly and welcoming staff ready to assist with booster seats for children and cleanups.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is located on the ground, there is a ramp near the Jersey Mike's that will get you onto the footpath to take you to the front door of Five Guy's.

I recently had gone in for a burger and fries, i go on occasion but i noticed this women that works there and i noticed her being quite rude to the other employees and i really think it’s unacceptable. Everyone that works there looks to be about 16-20 years old. I understand if someone makes a mistake and you talk to them in private about it but yelling at employees in front of customers is very unprofessional. The food is not that bad but i think treatment of employees should be better

Kudos to the staff of the Concord Five Guys. In the post-pandemic world where staffing is tedious and restaurants are just lucky to have a crew large enough to keep the doors open, this restaurant was running like a well-oiled machine. I could almost believe it was 2019! The place was packed with customers, but the line was running like a top. The dining room was immaculate (and someone actually came out to—gasp—sweep the floors and wash the tables while we were there), and the counters were spotless. The staff had a tight system in place, and the food moved along quickly. The kid who took our order was incredibly polite. The food quality was perfect and well worth the $17 we paid for a little bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a small drink. Normally, I might complain about the price, but it was WELL worth it. Nice job and thank you for the reminder of what a quality fast food experience should be.
Kid-friendliness: Kids everywhere. Laid back atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible low top table that was clean and kept open the entire time we were there.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. Was my favorite burger joint. Due to inflation a lunch for one person and a milk shake will run you 25 dollars and then they ask you for a tip for non existent service. Burger was okay but the portions have shrunk considerably since the last time I was here. I hope five guys can get back on track.
