Called about a refund on my “milkshake” because it was the consistency of water. I was told to “ take it up with DoorDash it probably got made to early or sat in the drivers car to long” the driver was here well within time. The burger was still hot. So I’m gonna believe him when he says it was made too early. Very poor customer service. I should probably add I ordered at 730ish pm.

The worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had at Five Guys. I went here because I expected consistency and what is usually a satisfying meal. The burger bun was completely soggy even though they just put the burger together. How?? It was inedible.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs but you need to wipe them off.
