Great interaction with the folks that work there, The food is nearly always incredible. It's always fresh and home made taste is awesome. Their soups are incredible and are what keep us coming back. Just wish they had a soup card like they do a sammich card =)

Had a delicious Italian sub and split pea ham soup. Sub is large, enough for 2. The soup comes with mini baguettes and soup crackers! Very friendly staff

Website says they close at 6pm but apparently their grill closes at 1:45pm, though there’s no way to know that beforehand. There’s nothing else there besides drinks and some chips so I’m glad I made my way from the other side of town to leave empty handed. I don’t know, maybe advertise somewhere when your kitchen closes? Unfortunately I can’t recommend the food as I never got any, but it was busy so I’m assuming they’re good, but can’t confirm.

Love Flanagan’s. I frequent for lunch when I’m in the mood for good quality subs/wraps/etc. Devon is really down to earth and always a pleasure to talk to. They also have awesome daily specials and a tonnnnnn of great local craft beer! If you loved Cimos, you will love Flanagan’s!

I didn't know this place was even here and so glad a coworker told me about it. They were inviting and friendly. Food was super fresh and very well made. The menu is small but I still saw that there could be something for everyone. Also the grab & go options looked delicious and fresh. Can't wait to go back
Great hidden gem! Good is great, the little market has chips and other snacks. Will be returning!
