Alan catered our large Halloween party for friends this past weekend. We’ve been huge fans of chef’s food since the jump when he opened, and we were super excited when he had availability for our event. Had the pleasure of working with Alan on relatively short notice for an anniversary party for my wife and I at our house. The process was enjoyable throughout but best of all the food was delicious. Had about 40 people at our party and everyone raved about the brisket with plenty of people wanting to take some home with them. We also had a garden salad, corn bread, pulled pork, Cole slaw and Mac and cheese. Plenty of food and all absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend them...
