food was mid, small portions, overpriced ,cold 55 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich at a cafe is insulting at best. ordered online order would be ready in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later i get in line to ask for my pickup. i was told”it’s gonna be a minute, their overwhelmed in the back” Yikes!!! at least someones got a-lot on their plate. anyway trash, unorganized, unhygienic, waste of money not gonna go here again.

Visiting a friend, I came in here for a small morning break. I ordered a coffee and remembered the last time I was here their avocado toast looked great. So I asked the server for an order with my coffee. They were out of avocado. Out of avocado on a Friday morning when it’s a prime aspect of the menu? Hmm, disappointing… The final critique would be the barista needing to constantly pound out the espresso to add to the background ambiance.

The iced latte with a lavender shot and oat milk was very good. I would have liked to see some vegan options (cookies, muffins, etc.) to go with.
It can get noisy if people are loud and chatty but otherwise it is a pleasant refreshment or light lunch stop.

Great food, incredible drinks, and an even better staff! Their seasonal/special drinks are always tasty and very creative. The staff is very friendly and fun to interact with. Also, the atmosphere provides a nice place to read or do some work. Gibson's Cafe is a must try!

this cafe was lovely! their coffee and matcha were super delish. and their food was superb. we ordered the grilled cheese (added tomato and pesto aioli for preference) and the tomato mozzarella and pesto panini. staff was really nice and portions are generous. would recommend this place!!
This little Cafe means so much to me. I've been away from it for a long time, but if I had the choice I'd go everyday. The baristas are all so wonderful, it feels like I truly have a bond with them everytime I go in. Especially when they always seem just as happy to see me. I truly did not like coffee without 70 pounds of sugar before I went here and got my first iced coffee that wasn't from a chain. There is so much love and care put into everything served here and it is so clear just by your first sip. I love that you can mix any syrup you'd like into an Italian soda. I'd say my favorite is strawberry and cherry blossom... this cafe is has become my safe space, I'm really hoping I can come back sometime soon

The most underrated place to get get coffee in Concord, and one of my personal favorites in the country.Fun and friendly people and great mochas ?Cookies are great, breakfast sandwiches are also great. Bailey really cares about making quality food and drinks.
