I LOVE this shop and their homemade ice cream! Vegan coffee Oreo is my go-to but I've had many flavors and they're all pretty amazing. The mint options are potent but the other flavors are some of the best I've tried!

It took 10 days for our 2 apples to arrive. I emailed customer service and they were less than helpful. The apples are huge a little too sweet for our taste. A decent Carmel apple. Unfortunately we had to cut 1/3 of the apple out and toss it because it had turned. We're glad we ordered them but won't be a returning customer. $30.00 for 2 apples with shipping wasn't worth the price

Customer service šŸ’Æ!
Ice cream was pretty icy? Like frozen milk.
Some candy was ok some was good and some we threw out... Like the hard Carmels.
The candy seemed old. Spent well over $100 and felt ripped off. Even the fudge (PB/c)was hard and chewy. Like a Tootsie roll. The topping for the ice cream like a frozen Tootsie roll. Very unpleasant to eat.

Very expensive for what you get

Had a cheese milkshake. I thought it was a joke. Actually really good. Quaint candy shop with a huge selection.

The mocha frappe was well-made and tasted good for fair price. The ice cream is good quality. Will be back for more frappes.
Could use some cleaning but is on par with most other food- service establishments in that regard.

Great ice-cream abd a good price. Waffle cones were all old. They had no crunch and the taste was not good.

Best chocolate covered raisins and peanuts!! Really good ice cream, too!

I’d really like to address the experience I just had in the concord location. I bring my son in quite often for ice cream or candy as we live close by. He is on the spectrum/autistic . My son gets understandably excited when he comes and gets to do his special things . whilst trying to pick things out with my son he got overwhelmed and excited and ran around the store, with the way the store is set up I was trying my best to catch him but my son started to think it was a game. Instead of asking me if I needed help or simply being light hearted about the ordeal or anything of the kind a gentleman with long hair, ear piercings and his hat on backwards didn’t catch his name started reprimanding my 5 year old autistic son and myself forā€ running in the store ā€œwhen it was already plainly evident I was doing my best to wrangle him in already. This made me honestly not want to give you guys business any longer if your staff can’t even have compassion for parents with children especially ones on the spectrum who are in a CANDY store having a whimsical experience they probably don’t get to do already or very often and don’t get to experience a lot of fun things like this for these reasons. It’s disheartening. And I will say I did tell this gentleman to chill out a bit because my sons being autistic and him involving himself was already making my own efforts of trying to correct my child an issue. Tell your staff to learn compassion and maybe ask questions in these circumstances and not taking it upon themselves reprimanding children of the people giving your store patronage.also consider these things can also already be embarrassing for a parent to deal with as it was clear to
Me as an adult with common sense already that there is no running in the store and my son was simply EXCITED to be there and having a pretty normal reaction for any child. Then to go over to his coworker, at the sink, rehashing the whole ordeal he just went through with me and making snide remarks about me to them. Come check me out the register it was extremely rude.

The store smells fantastic! Lots of candy to choose from! Expensive but worth it. They sell ice cream cones too.

Cute little candy store that's been around forever. Great ice cream too!

Excellent place to get ice cream in the summer or candy and chocolate all year round. We especially love the little chocolates shaped like the state of new hampshire, moose, and other fun things. Highly recommend a visit!
