i have been going to this restaurant with family & friends for years now & it’s always been my go to place for mexican food!
this time was different, there was hair in my food i noticed as soon as it came out. it was immediately taken away & removed from my bill which is good. this made me completely uncomfortable & i wasn’t able to eat much of anything afterwards. this was one of my favorite places but i will not be going back unfortunately.

The restaurant rooms are simple and the atmosphere is very comfortable casual. The food, ah, the food is a wonderful mix of flavors and textures that are traditionally based but so much more complex. Try the Street Corn dip to start, then the fish tacos. It's all good!

First off was sat next to a table of heckling women talking super loud.. it was me and that table nobody else downstairs.. then I say my allergies and my food can with my allergy so I ordered a substitute that my friend had gotten which his didn't have the allergy.. mine came loaded with onions (allergy alert) so the server said she'd take it off the bill which wasn't till I made a stink about it afterwards.. so I got charge yet still for the original mess up then they tried weasling the substitute charge on my bill also.. first and last time going there

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would immediately! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and helpfully. The server went above and beyond with my order to ensure my vegan meal wasn't overcharged. I got the build-your-own nachos and I must say, they were probably the best vegan nachos I have ever had! The lovely server even offered me fresh chips for all the extra toppings I had near the end of my meal. Absolutely wonderful place and I will definitely be back!

A happy accident led me to discover this amazingly yummy place! Originally I wanted to go somewhere else for Mexican food, but available parking ended up landing me right next to Hermanos. Being lazy, I decided to give this place a try since many of my pals mentioned this place. I got the taco salad (though with less cheese). DEFINITELY GETTING IT AGAIN! Whew, the beef was tender, ample veggies, a great taco shell (they must be gatekeeping a secret recipe), and the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa completed the dish perfectly. Smelled great, looked better, tasted even better. My photo of the house burrito might make it look a tad small, but don’t underestimate how big it actually is! You’re gonna be full after eating it; it’s filled to the brim with rice, beans, cheese, onions, olives, tomatoes, and MEAT. The tacos are great, and the pork was the most tender thing I’ve come across in a while. Waitress was very nice and explained every menu item so I could ponder over what I really wanted. Nice vibes, impressive second story view to enjoy whilst eating.

So sad, I used to love Hermanos. Apparently they changed ownership recently. Our food took forever to come out and was not good at all. Do not recommend.
This used to be my go to favorite place ever. We went about a week ago, the service was meh, there was no music, I felt like I was being hovered over, and the menu was smaller, all kinds of things were missing. Apparently there were also things the chef couldn’t make that day, even though it was 1pm. Ordered the garlic chicken nachos, as usual, they came without the chicken, and it was as through someone microwaved cheese and chips and added garlic powder. I’m so sad and disappointed. Never going back.

We arrived on a Tuesday at 5:30, to have drinks and dinner before a show that was starting at 7:00. We had to open our bottle of wine. We asked repeatedly for water. Food for 4 was ordered only after we called the waiter over. At 6:50 our meals still had nothing arrived. We left for the show hungry. The manager was not helpful at all...no customer service...attempted to do nothing to make the situation more positive. VERY disappointing
