This used to be my go to favorite place ever. We went about a week ago, the service was meh, there was no music, I felt like I was being hovered over, and the menu was smaller, all kinds of things were missing. Apparently there were also things the chef couldn’t make that day, even though it was 1pm. Ordered the garlic chicken nachos, as usual, they came without the chicken, and it was as through someone microwaved cheese and chips and added garlic powder. I’m so sad and disappointed. Never going back.

We arrived on a Tuesday at 5:30, to have drinks and dinner before a show that was starting at 7:00. We had to open our bottle of wine. We asked repeatedly for water. Food for 4 was ordered only after we called the waiter over. At 6:50 our meals still had nothing arrived. We left for the show hungry. The manager was not helpful at all...no customer service...attempted to do nothing to make the situation more positive. VERY disappointing

Our server Crystal was Awesone. Very friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, that's where the praise stops. The wait for our meals was exceedingly long and the food was terrible. One of the meals, the chilli rellenos, was served cold and we had to wait for them to re-cook it (we had asked if they could just re-heat it but were told that they didn't have a microwave). When we finally received the replacement order, both the rice and beans were cold. Sadly, the best part of the meals was the coffee, although even the wait for that was long. This was our first visit here and most definately our LAST. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I am editing my previous review since the ownership has changed and the quality and service has declined to say the least. We had a really rude waitress who when she brought over our minuscule salsa serving actually said. - do you want this? Because if you don't we have to throw it out so if you're not going to eat it just give it back to me. It came with the poor quality chips that tasted like they've been poured out of a bag instead of the handmade warm ones that we had become accustomed to having here. The food was marginal and at the end of our meal the waitress actually threw our check on the table as she was walking by. What a shame, that they couldn't keep up the previous high quality or good staff.

Had the vegan "happy burrito"- this used to be teriffic- it was lukewarm, small, dry, pretty tasteless. Worth $2- not $16. Won't be returning.

Stopped in today since we saw they were open for lunch. Had a delicious order of carnitas nachos and some chicken baby chimis. both we're great! updated menu but you can still get your faves!! ❤️

For over 25 years, Hermanos was our home away from home. The margaritas, food, atmosphere and staff were always the best. But, the new owners have made some unwelcome changes - our long time favorites are gone from the new menu, and the margaritas are watered down. The atmosphere lacks the welcoming feel it used to have. So disappointed!
Don’t recommend going there. Stood to be seated for 5 minutes while 3 people were trying to sort takeout orders. I had to ask who do I ask about getting seated and she laughed and said “oh, me!” She sat us down and we ordered drinks and an app and the app never showed. We waited over 40 mins. We asked and she said they were busy in the kitchen... One guy picking up food was there for about 20-25 minutes and looked so disgusted. We got up and left. All younger kids working there and didn’t seem to be any direction.
