Ill preface with- i went to culinary arts school and worked in many high end restaurants- and when i ordered a simple sausage egg cheese (they said gouda? I was like hmm sure why not) on english muffin, i was surprised and leery to smell weird smell from the bag, and see some kind of seasoning on the egg 🧐 but WOW that seasoning really makes a great flavor! Nothing powerful or weird but just right! And they have a huge selection of pastries!!ā¤ļø i love my pastries! Definitely coming back.

I rarely rate a bad experience because I prefer positivity. This was a small lunch delivery order for three sandwiches. It was about $14 a sandwich and took well over an hour and it’s right down the road.. when it was delivered, it was literally just three sandwiches, no napkins at all, we were at a job site that didn’t have paper towels …. so we went to our vehicles and scrounged up napkins. In addition to no napkins.. no chips..no slice of pickle .. or anything nice and complementary at all to go with them that would help justify the price.
The sandwiches were not terrible but not worth the wait.. I rarely ever say this, but even McDonald’ throws some napkins in the bag.

Placed an order from Florida to be sent to my sister for her bday. The girl who took my order was soooo sweet. Even delivered it for me even though she was technically not in concord but in hopkinton. Slight issue with the delivery. Accidently delivered to concord but they immediately rectified the situation and got my sister her bday treats by end of day! Top notch service and next time I’m back for a visit will be sure to visit !! Thank you for going above and beyond for an out of stater (I’m from NH). Couldn’t be more pleased

My first visit which my spouse recommended with enthusiasm. I had the Lanai Cubano and it was interesting and I enjoyed it but it suffered from a n under ripe winter tomato that overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. Once I pulled it out I enjoyed the rest. Seems like something that the kitchen might want to be aware of. I look forward to a return visit.

The sandwiches are amazing. The dumplings are my family's favorite - anytime we are nearby it's a must stop!

This place use to be a favorite. It’s unfortunately gone downhill. I went yesterday with a friend who wanted to try it for first time. She said she had heard good things. She won’t be going back either. The chicken was like
Shredded jerky. The panini was as flat as a pancake, and inside was chicken, bacon, onion and blue cheese. Two sandwiches were $26 dollars and had nothing to them. Lemon square was hard and dry. Such a shame because it use to be the best sandwich place in concord. I don’t think the owners care any longer.
