Ill preface with- i went to culinary arts school and worked in many high end restaurants- and when i ordered a simple sausage egg cheese (they said gouda? I was like hmm sure why not) on english muffin, i was surprised and leery to smell weird smell from the bag, and see some kind of seasoning on the egg 🧐 but WOW that seasoning really makes a great flavor! Placed an order from Florida to be sent to my sister for her bday. The girl who took my order was soooo sweet. Even delivered it for me even though she was technically not in concord but in hopkinton. Slight issue with the delivery. Accidently delivered to concord but they immediately rectified the situation and got my sister her bday treats by end of day! My first visit which my spouse recommended with enthusiasm. I had the Lanai Cubano and it was interesting and I enjoyed it but it suffered from a n under ripe winter tomato that overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. Once I pulled it out I enjoyed the rest. Seems like something that the kitchen might want to be aware of. I look forward to a return visit.
