This was a wonderful find and I’m there once a week for my usual. Delicious. Nice friendly staff, easy parking, reasonable price for the large portion. Excellent menu - something for everyone.

Kid-friendliness: Paula is so nice, I feel really comfortable bringing my 5 year old son inside too. He’s very energetic, lol, and I felt no pressure to leave.

Went in thinking it was a healthy option due to the name. After seeing the menu we left.
Always a joy to go get a tea, feel welcome and love having small chats with the Ladies there. UPDATE love there coffees
If you have not been...you NEED to go!The shakes taste like ice cream but are actually healthy for you!Also, the owner Jen is AMAZING!I highly recommend Integrity Nutrition!

I just visited this place today for the first time. I’ve been to others, but I must say this one is bye far the best. Excellent service, very friendly staff and they are more than willing to answer any questions you might have. I will definitely be returning.
