Every other Jersey Mike’s location I have been to is great. Having celiac disease it takes a lot for me to go out. My boyfriend placed the order indicating the sub I ordered has a gluten allergy and gluten free bread. The paper receipt and online copy also reflected this. I get back home open my sub and take a bite. It is in fact NOT gluten free bread. Extremely disappointed and will it be returning to this location. I did call and the manager was apologetic and do issue a refund.

I moved here from Bradenton Florida Jersey Mike's Sub there was it true Italian sub was Italian meats the one I got here add American ham salami add pepperoni that's not an Italian sub the Italian sub add prosciutto and mortadella Italian ham and salami

Just picked up a $115 sub order for a cross country meet and the order was packed and waiting when I arrived. They also honored my request to help keep the bread from getting soggy overnight by putting all the juice and condiments in separate containers. It was thoughtfully packed and I’m grateful. The ordering was easy and pretty much the entire team is having their first Jersey Mike’s experience tomorrow. Thanks for doing this for us!

I placed an order online through the app and purchased 6 subs and I made sure on the app to put the names of the people who it was for like it asks on the app. I called the store 5 times and no one picked up. It just kept ringing and ringing. When they finally did answer I called to make sure they could see the names so they can right it on each package on each 6 subs so everything will be labeled easier. They confirmed that they did see the names and they will write it on them. When I picked up nothing was labeled. Customer service needs to do better there because this has happened multiple times.
