This really is my new favorite place for a sub! Fresh everything, friendly staff. Chicken Philly is unbelievably good. I bet youll never go to Subway again after trying Jerseys.

I placed an order online through the app and purchased 6 subs and I made sure on the app to put the names of the people who it was for like it asks on the app. I called the store 5 times and no one picked up. It just kept ringing and ringing. When they finally did answer I called to make sure they could see the names so they can right it on each package on each 6 subs so everything will be labeled easier. They confirmed that they did see the names and they will write it on them. When I picked up nothing was labeled. Customer service needs to do better there because this has happened multiple times.

Love Jersey Mikes but this location is not up to their standard. Food was slow and wrong. When I reported the problem (BLT missing tomatoes) the employee complained to me about them being understaffed.

I was in the store June 4th around 8am. After a very long day at work, I decided to pickup two subs from this store for my fiancé and I’s dinner. Couple guys working who very clearly did not want to be there. Guy on the grille was loudly voicing how backed up they were, making sarcastic comments. Whole time he was cooking he was slamming the grill with the spatulas. The other guys had a massive attitude, the guy next to me made a comment to me about how he was being treated. The manager was telling everyone how 7 managers passed on the location and he was the only one who took it. Not a person behind that counter wanted to be there. Every one complained about being there and how “no one in this town can cook”. I won’t be back here in a long time. This place needs a new manager, and they need to get these guys some staff. It’s not all their fault, but working in customer service you sign up for a role knowing what it is. If you don’t want to work, there’s other opportunities.

Food is so fresh! Love the steak and cheese also the Italian. Been a fan for a long time but now it’s in CONCORD. Better than 5guys and in the same complex.

Sub lacked flavor. Steak which was put on the grill frozen lacked flavor. The service was pretty good but the music was loud to the point I watched the guy keep asking people, What did you want, after they told him numerous times. He was polite but the music was a bit too loud to hear properly. The choice of music was also not the best for the atmosphere.

Celiacs review Stopped in last week. Ordered a giant sub on a gluten free roll. They use Udis rolls. I’m always nervous of Cross contamination. Gavin was amazing. They told me it would be a few minutes wait to clear the grill and made it perfectly. No issues and it was nice to see them care about my allergies. I went back the next day. Gavin remembered my name. Came back a week later. He also remembered my name. Omg. Give this young man a raise. I will return and if you have allergies know they’re doing their level best to take care of you.

So, company i used to work for (TCD Construction) actually built this place. The problem at hand, Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches I have ever had! But Concord, worst service I ever had in my life. It's always a 15 minute wait (minimum) and sometimes the order is messed up. The workers move like snails and they just don't take pride in what they do. Going forward, I will avoid this place at all cost. West Lebanon and Keene are the best locations all the way around. You're in and out with 5 minutes no matter how busy they are. Concord, there can be 5 people in the line, and you'll still wait 15 to 25 minutes before getting your food. I feel Bad for Chris Brown, one of the owners. He really cares, but unfortunately, his workers don't give a crap. Stay away at all cost, I warned you.

Decent subs spoiled by 3 of 3 not being made to order. One missing onions and had cheese despite being ordered without, another had oil instead of mayo with onions despite none on the order, and 3rd with vinegar not ordered and missing pickles. Not one matched the order. If they could get the order correct these would be good sandwiches.
