Dear god do not get bone-in wings. BLEH. No meat on really small, hormone filled chickens. Sad really. I like the big box meals, those are good. Sometimes the macaroni has no cheese in it haha. But my biggest gripe is the amount of homeless in that area. It’s rude to say I know, but when I’m trying to eat and I see a guy screaming and flailing his arms at a bush, it kind of ruins the atmosphere a bit

Just got a tender box for lunch and it was all undercooked. Couldn’t eat the chicken and the biscuit was gummy and white. They didn’t have fries so I had to get coleslaw which I can’t eat in the car. What a waste of $12.

They never have enough chicken, when you order a 20 piece box you get all dark meat and no white meat you ask for two mashed potatoes and one mac and cheese and you get two mac and cheese and one mashed potato these people don't care The orders are never right and next time I promise to go to Popeye's Chicken 1 mile north. This is not the first time this has happened this place really sucks. Go to pick up an order and you could be there in an hour for what chicken? This is a fast food and these people do not get it right why don't you paying manager enough money so that he pays attention or she pays attention and gets these people to do what they're supposed to do so why don't have to make somebody aggravated and waste my time with this baloney. Look at me not one swear word

I just spent $37 on a Kentucky fried Chicken bucket that included mashed potatoes gravy french fries and 2 chicken breasts that were practically empty ! Never got gravy mashed potatoes! It was terribly cold couldn't even eat the crust it was so hard ! It was really a big disappointment

Accuracy and efficiency of ordering the products needs work. It's really not that complicated to give customers proper orders in a timely and organized manner, but for some it apparently is.
This is the best looking kfc I’ve ever been to except on the outside the best the fries biscuit and chicken has ever tasted
