Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

Poor service, crappy management, and they'll gaslight you about the baja blast syrup being out. Really took my shitty day and made it that much worse.

To preface, I knew there were some bad reviews from this location going in. But I and some friends were determined to try the one and only long John silvers.

We went during dinner time so was expecting a rush, but it wasn't too bad. Michelle was quick to take our orders. And on this note ;  Michelle was  actually the ONLY employee that knew to make the long johns menu. For some context there were only 3 employees working this fine Friday evening.

I got the L2 fish sampler and It was very reasonably priced, I believe 11-22ish. Bargain!

The starry in the soda fountain was very fresh

Presentation was pretty good actually. I really dig their box designs, minimalist and not too flashy.

As far as the food goes, I was astonished that Michelle made this fresh, just for us! I heard rumors that only Monday/Tuesday the fish was made fresh (we went on a Friday)

The fish . You can probably get the same in your local supermarket isle, and that's okay.....it's fast food (seafood)

Waffle fries were the best part, right on.

I was very disappointed with the hush puppies, I may or had too high of expectations, especially with my mom's cooking.

When I had to go do my business, the trash on the floor was immediately brought to my attention, it's okay though, I've seen worse. The flickering light above the stall was the real mood setter though. The urinal has a mysterious brown substance, I Also located some reminisce of more of the brown. I ski-daddled out there, almost slipping on the wet floor my the sink. (I'm for real)

Would I go again? Maybe, one day. But for now I am satisfied with my visit and now can say I've tried it!

Think back to all your bad decisions in life and get ready to add another one if you decided to eat here. Our order of fish would have been better if it was made at a gas station and left to sit out for half the day. It was slimy discolored and had a weird texture. The two tacos we ordered from the tacobell side took 20min to come out and were just as bad as the LJS slop. Do you and your future self a favor and stay away far away.

Went in to order food, stood in line, two people in front of us ordered, then we were told they were no longer serving the lobby at 10:22? Fast forward to ordering in the drive through… the stuff they had advertised in the lobby aka giant signs on the wall inside. They magically have no clue about anymore.

Whatever you do..don't order from the LJS menu. Food was not really warm. It was hard as a rock like it was just thrown back in the fryer to heat it up. Taco Bell was ok. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Sad because this used to be a decent LJS.

Ordered the 2 fish 3 chicken platter from LJS. Was told it be 10 to 15 minutes because it was cooked fresh on Monday and Tuesday. But, when I got my food the chicken planks looked like chicken nuggets and the fish looked soggy. Not sure if I want to attempt to eat it.

How can this place get worse with each visit? Last time it took 25 minutes inside at the counter to get our food. Now, we've been in line in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and we have yet to even reach the magic window. It takes them 6 minutes on average to serve each customer. Talk aboot unacceptable service. HQ should force a management/ownership change.

Really dismal atmosphere. Staff complaining about guests and orders. I tried to order Long John Silvers for my daughter and myself.They packed it up as one to go order when we placed two eat in orders.The person behind the counter started touching my food and counting the items condescendingly after I told them it was packed incorrectly.Stopped at a local ice cream store, after our miserable experience , to refresh our spirits over some ice cream and the GM told us that that location is locally known to be terrible.Fire the entire staff, increase wages, and hire new people.The ones that are there really don't need or want to be there. So give them what they want and show them the door.

Long John's food was amazing as always but the store and staff are depressing, incompetent,and mean. I walk in to wash my hands and as exiting the bathroom someone yells "Oh my god!" In a angry voice turns out it was one of the staff. I get my food and my mom gets hers. Two separate orders.They put our fish and her shrimp in one box and all of our hush puppies in the other. It was weird and they knew it was supposed to be separate. Never seen any place do that before. There was no music on the radio so it was like uncanny valley in there and all you heard was the staff cooking.The manager/shift leader was awful and was at the top of her voice saying how much she hated that place how she is going to quit and hates everything about the store and staff and that they never come into work....I wonder why.. I would unalive myself if I had to work with her. It was so uncomfortable in there before but that made it worse felt like it was a nuisance being a customer.That store needs it's whole staff changed out. I couldn't even eat my food cause of the feelings about that place... Oh and I was ignored for 3 minutes waiting for someone to have time to see that I had a question and there was no one in the drive thru or waiting on their food but me.

Long johns is good but no long johns after 5 only taco I WANT CHICKEN AT 7!!!
