Really dismal atmosphere. Staff complaining about guests and orders. I tried to order Long John Silvers for my daughter and myself.They packed it up as one to go order when we placed two eat in orders.The person behind the counter started touching my food and counting the items condescendingly after I told them it was packed incorrectly.Stopped at a local ice cream store, after our miserable experience , to refresh our spirits over some ice cream and the GM told us that that location is locally known to be terrible.Fire the entire staff, increase wages, and hire new people.The ones that are there really don't need or want to be there. So give them what they want and show them the door.

Long John's food was amazing as always but the store and staff are depressing, incompetent,and mean. I walk in to wash my hands and as exiting the bathroom someone yells "Oh my god!" In a angry voice turns out it was one of the staff. I get my food and my mom gets hers. Two separate orders.They put our fish and her shrimp in one box and all of our hush puppies in the other. It was weird and they knew it was supposed to be separate. Never seen any place do that before. There was no music on the radio so it was like uncanny valley in there and all you heard was the staff cooking.The manager/shift leader was awful and was at the top of her voice saying how much she hated that place how she is going to quit and hates everything about the store and staff and that they never come into work....I wonder why.. I would unalive myself if I had to work with her. It was so uncomfortable in there before but that made it worse felt like it was a nuisance being a customer.That store needs it's whole staff changed out. I couldn't even eat my food cause of the feelings about that place... Oh and I was ignored for 3 minutes waiting for someone to have time to see that I had a question and there was no one in the drive thru or waiting on their food but me.

Bought a ton of Taco Bell food between myself and buddy. Absolutely nothing hit the grill. Burritos were untoasted so they split and fell everywhere, quesadilla was the same and had rolled itself up into the bottom of the bag. Dining room was sticky and nasty. Someone needs to teach people to change the mop water and add a cup of bleach to it per industry standard, not spread moldy water and floor gunk around.I was looking forward to having gone (love me a 5 layer burrito!)... more than disappointed.

Can't believe I just spent $11 for the garbage I was served. Never mind the 25-minute wait in the drive-thru. Definitely stay away from the chicken whatever you do, it's completely inedible. Also stay away from anything with their batter. It is ultra salty, soggy and disgusting... Which is pretty much everything on their menu.

OMG I've never read so many poor reviews of a restaurant in my life!! If you are the GM or District Manager or Franchise owner you should be ASHAMED of yourselves for holding such a low standard. Long John Silver's is like literally the only restaurant that still advertises on TV. I was curious as to where the closest location was to me and this is it. After reading one 1star review after another, I won't be dining at this Long John Silver's. It seems like all the "combo" restaurants like KFC / Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut all are terrible at the moment.

Took a chance, ordered off the LJS menu despite the bad reviews. Everything was fine, nothing missing, and it was ready very quickly. Maybe they have turned things around, or maybe I got lucky.
Went to long john silver and ordered some fish and fries the kids in the back were drinking the tartar sauce and haddock sandwich still had the scales on it .while waiting for my order I went to the bathroom and the employee was in the stall yelling come find me while pleasuring him self to ms buttersworth

The food was old for sure and what wasnt old was just thrown together and bearly had anything on it. This location is weird because this is the second time i tried it and the first was great but also late. I will try again late just to see the differences but as of now its resting at one star due to the food.

Horrible. Sauce was all over the bag and all over the wrapping for the tacos. Poorly thrown together.Whoever was working the drive thru was rude as well.And not to mention, the few times we’ve gone here LJS is closed. Every time

Whoever runs this restaurant might as well just close it down. We have tried twice now to visit this location and both times they have been closed for the LJS. I actually called today to make sure they were open before we went and was told they would be open until 6. Low and behold, we took the hr and 20 min ride and when we got there we were told they closed early. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I've tried getting food from here twice and both times they're told me that the LJS part is closed. First time I understood because it was around 7pm, so that made sense. I tried today around 1pm and they told me again it was 'closed for the day'. Given the reviews maybe they did me a favor but pretty annoying overall, shut this place down if they don't want to operate.
