I've been to that stupid restaurant three times since they began offering the shamrock shake this year and every time they can't deliver it.

Great service, I went in and asked for an ice cream cone, waited four or five minutes, and someone then asked me if I was waiting for something. Well, I was waiting for my ice cream cone. She then asked how long I was waiting for, and then asked if I wanted another cone, I took it with pleasure. I then saw a man struggling with the E-Kiosk and I said “alright let me get you something”. then we ended up eating something together, and I gave him the extra cone I had. Overall great service, burger was sloppy had only one bun (they made me a new one that was better), one thing I didn’t like was the wait for one ice cream cone. Shoutout to the guy I ate with named Steve.
Wheelchair accessibility: many tables were wheelchair accessible. no stairs. ramp for going inside. accessible bathrooms. E-Kiosk is tall but has nav buttons within reach of customer.

This is a review of McDonalds as an American icon and not any location in particular.
Inflation affects all of us. And as things get more expensive, as the purchasing power of our currency decreases we become more selective of our economic participation.
You have to innovate. Putting McNuggets on your big mac is not innovation.
McDonald's as a corporation does not make money selling food.
They make money selling franchise locations and leave the locations to fend for themselves.
The worst of capitalism.
McDonalds corp will almost certainly not see this and they don't need to.

Hey I know let’s wrap the breakfast burritos in paper and keep in a warmer so that when you “open” them the wrapper and burrito have become one ! What a joke of quality control. The funny part is the employees are aware this happens.

Food was missing and some food was undercooked, some food was overcooked. Hashbrowns looked and tasted like they were sitting around for days. No one is answering their phones, and no one is helping resolve the issue. Very unsatisfactory visit. We also got charged for things we never received.

Managers attitude sucked!
Our order was screwed up, food was cold and when we finally got our food...our 4yo daughters 6pce nugget meal was missing.
We were again given an attitude by the manager.
From now on we'll skip this mcdonalds and we'll only be going to our local one.
Hopefully some higher ups see this as we spend alot of money at mcdonalds.

Every time I go, there’s always something wrong with the drive thru. They always forget straws, never say hello and just reach for your card. I order Dr Pepper and both times they gave me Diet Coke instead because they didn’t want to tell me they were out. It’s not that hard to say something is it? Also every time I go they always forget something from my order whether it be a ten piece or a sandwich. When I come back to get it fixed they give attitude and don’t even put the new food in a bag, they just hand it out the window.

Both Google and app showed the store was opened on Christmas Day. Placed the order on the app, and found out the store was closed when arrived. Tried to call the store to get the refund. First person told me to call back, and the women who picked up the phone hang up after I mentioned the situation, call could never get through again. What a money stealing place.

Never had a McRib before. I was very excited when I saw they were coming back and I would get the chance to try one for the first time. This is what I received. Its almost more insulting that they put those few shreds of onion on than if they left them off entirely. At least then I would think, oh, they mustve forgotten. No. They knew what they did. And they didn't care.

They were very kind, but they all had AirPods in and were dancing around. They had gotten my order wrong and I was the only person in the drive thru. I think they could’ve payed more attention and put more effort into a five minute interaction.

The tall girl whom I don't know the name of is so rude and trying to start a physical fight with a customer in front of other customers ?? She should be fired

I've noticed an overall lack of quality, but yesterday was the last straw. They accidentally made my hot mocha as iced - that's fine, people make mistakes, I was completely okay with waiting for a new one. Nope. They dumped the iced mocha into a hot coffee cup, WARMED IT UP, and then gave it to me as if it was a hot mocha. The drink was gross, and honestly the laziness is astounding. The fries are always cold and soggy, and there are times I could sit in the drive through for over 5 minutes before someone realizes I'm there. Go to the McDonalds on South Main, or go to Wendy's across the street.
