Was starving, hadn’t eaten all day. Spending time visiting my sister and her fiancé at their place. Came out to get a double quarter pounder meal. It took a minute or so, but the food was absolutely perfect and delicious. Burger was fresh, fries were fresh, and the nuggets were just as delicious as I remembered having them way back. Food was amazing, don’t get McDonald’s as often. Thank you

Never get your order right lately. Ordered a double quarterpounder and they forgot an entire burger on it. I'm sorry but it literally says DOUBLE quarter pounder all over the box how do you mess that up? Where did the other patty go is it still sitting on the grill? I've been going here my whole life but I'll never be back. The food and service is the worst it's ever been at the low low cost of like 20$ per "value" meal.

Unfriendly atmosphere and workers complaining about costumers ordering along with not wanting to work. They couldn't get my drink right and couldn't get my order done for a long time. They were fooling around and not doing their job. Very unimpressed

Said shake machine had been broken for over a week when I had gotten a shake there the day before. A worker even came up to us one time and admitted that the shake machine is never really broken, the workers are just too lazy to make them. We’ve been lied to.

When I was pregnant I could only keep there food down in the morning so I would get breakfast there same thing every day and all of a sudden they started messing up my order then I would have to travel back to get it fixed then it would get to the point they would say I check the receipt everything is correct only to get home and have it wrong again and when asked to be compensated after the 5th time got the run around I'm sorry we can only refund or remake well after the 5th time of the food being wrong and then the third time being told the food is correct and still having to come back. There should be a comp of the entire meal at that point it costs money to go back and Forth and my time is valuable. But they don't seem to think anyone's time is valuable or seem to care how they treat there customers.

Just had a terrible experience in drive-thru, 10:30 pm waiting almost 17 minutes for a McDouble and McChicken with only one other person in front of me, also with a small order (I could see it on the screen before I pulled up).Asked for my money back at the window and was met with a rude manager that also took the food back.Waste of nearly 20 minutes and I still didn't get my food correctly.Calling corporate tomorrow and not only complaining, but demanding a follow up and an additional refund for time wasted as a regular daily customer.Never again at this location. Incompetent management and staff that blames patrons because they're "training" and can't manage regular business expectations, and get an attitude when customers get rightfully impatient for two basic items.Prices are going up, wait times for two basic burgers that I get daily shouldn't.Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.Avoid at all costs.
