My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here, our waitress Amy, was amazing, 5 stars on her all the way,we had a wonderful time, the only reason I gave 4 Star instead of 5 was we ordered our steaks medium well and both were rare but overall a great experience and will definitely be back...

Never disappoints. We had a large group of 7 people, food was served fast, compared to other places. The atmosphere is very nice, a little loud due to Friday night, but still very pleasant. The server was excellent. I ordered a protein style burger, no bun, which was good.

We were staying at the Hotel Concord making this restaurant a convenient place for us. All the staff was nice and polite. We sat in the lounge area. I wasn’t sure what type of wine I wanted so the bartender let me sample it beforehand, which was nice. We weren’t extremely hungry so we ordered a few appetizers and they were great. The orange chicken was so tender! I had a greenless Greek salad, and if we weren’t leaving the next day, I would’ve taken it home. My husband ordered the wedge salad that I of course sampled and I liked that too. If I’m ever in the area I’d go there again

Such a waste of time. Filet was so dry I thought it was jerky. Served COLD Malbec. Go elsewhere.

Has turned into a mess. The showy wine cooler is broken as well as having a shattered glass slider door. The once impressive liquor wall is silly and broken as well. At times they have music from the bar area competing with dinner music in the dining area. What was once a promising addition to beautiful Concord is now a black

I was staying at Lake Opechee Inn and Spa with a friend for the weekend, O’s Steakhouse had good reviews, the food was great, but the service is lacking in professionalism. Our first night dining here we were impressed until we were asked to move our table mid-dinner to accommodate a larger party. We obliged and the host tried to make things right by giving us complimentary desserts. This was a nice touch, and we figured a one off experience. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back our second night for drinks and apps. Upon settling the tab and getting ready to move over to the bar for a night cap, we quickly ran into some fairly serious issues. Our waitress had charged us the wrong bill and was trying to fix that while we were moving over, and we had already paid. Once again we agreed to do the right thing to accommodate this restaurant. I’m not a fan of giving my card back over to resolve a $10 difference though, the mistake was not ours and should’ve been resolved by the establishment. Canceling authorizations and recharging can take a few days to resolve and again isn’t fair to the customer. Even so, we figured these indiscretions were fairly minor until we got to the bar tonight. We were told the actual bar seats were first come first serve, so we waited for 2 to open up and sat down. We were then rudely told there was a waitlist for the bar seating which, quite frankly, I’ve never heard of in my life. At this point, frustrated by the lack of respect for their own customers let alone hotel patrons, I told the bartender that I was told these seats were first come first serve and I could sit here or take one of the empty high tops behind me as the rush hour for the restaurant seemed to be dying down. The bartender told me that she wasn’t going to argue with me and proceeded to ignore my friend and I until we decided to leave. In the last two nights we had dropped $300+ at the restaurant, close to another $300 at the spa, and $600+ at the hotel. This is completely unacceptable. If you want to make all the seats in the restaurant reservation only, or a wait list, that’s fine. To turn away repeat hotel customers who sat at two empty bar seats, who you’ve already inconvenienced twice before is not ok. Especially when the night prior, as well as tonight, we were clearly told that these seats were first come first serve. Which, for those that struggle with what that policy means, it means that the first person that shows up to the empty seats gets the seats. I don’t have anymore words for this other than simply just a terrible attempt at professionalism. Hopefully the staff will learn from this experience and do better going forward. I come up to NH often and will not be coming back here, even if I stay at this hotel again.

seated by the door. could have used some sort of blocker (plexiglass). on the right when you come in. was very cold and windy when door opened.charcuterie board very sparse. only a few slices of tiny meat. no crackers and only a few pieces bread. along with cheese and two dips. ask for crackers had none. asked for a few more pieces of bread and some black pepper. never got them. save you money. the rest was just okay for the price. not on the top of my list

Disappointed we come here generally once a month but not since menu change. One of our favorites is gone Kobe meatballs taken over with a cheaper version of Swedish meatballs made with the combo of pork, veal and beef. We always get a charcuterie board but at $26 a board the goodies were minimal. There were 4 raspberries, butter, pickles, mustard and jam then like 5 slices of salami and less than 4 full slices another meat. The option of cheese was minimal as well with approximately a petite square size of each. Definitely not worth 26! Guess we are going to find another date night away

Got a Caesar salad and when it hit the table I was genuinely confused. For a second I thought they gave me a sad wedge salad. Nope. It was a sad wedged caesar salad. Have to say I’ve been to thousands of restaurants, never seen a wedge caesar salad. I had to basically cut my own salad… In a steakhouse pub ??. I thought there was no dressing so I asked for extra. Big mistake. It was hiding at the bottom and sadly dressing was not great at all. Bothered my stomach rest of the day. Soda I had was flat as well. Overall sad and disappointing experience as a whole. I’ve been to pubs with better food, seriously.

So disappointed - here for my birthday and all I wanted was a porterhouse and a Caesar salad. We couldn’t even eat the porterhouse it was tough (we eat a ton of steak) and flavorless. It was awful. After we didn’t even eat half of it and complained - they still charged us for it! I then insisted they take it off and they only took off 50%. Happy birthday to me. The server was super attentive and sweet. Never coming here again.
