How does this place have more than 2 stars?
I took my son there for some father/son quality time, just me and him.
We ordered, just as a start, the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. That was two orders of that.
We got one basket of bread sticks, one salad and 2 soups. The waiter was gone after that. Not once did he come by. Instead he was hanging out with a big group of guests at another table. Literally hanging out with them.
I paid for 2 orders of something I got 1 of, essentially. And the salad had virtually no dressing on it.
This was the second time we had this kind of experience here. I figured it was just a bad night the first time it happened but nope. This won't ever happen again, though.
This is the most trash restaurant I have ever been to. Waste of time and money.

A far cry from what was, Olive Garden had always been ok. Today Food was on par with frozen dinners or Applebee's on an off night. Down hill start to finish, soup was the first sign of trouble, pretty sure the appetizer was pre cooked flash fried and tasted like the most standard Lays brand product. Dinner itself was somehow worse. Portions were small but it doesn't matter no one could stomach the full plate.
It wasn't busy especially for a Friday, another signature of this being the new base line. Regardless our server seemed to be, once our food was dropped off that was the last we saw of anyone, no one to let know about our food. No chance for refills. We didn't see anyone at all until we had paid at the table kiosk and we're about to leave.
The only thing that hasn't come down are the prices. $20+ for a plate for pasta when the quality isn't even close to what it was at $12-16 just a few short years ago. Inflation etc. is a convenient shield but for the price tags you could eat at Texas Roadhouse or any of the significantly better local places and to be honest most of them have managed to maintain better quality, better prices and better staff while still being less expensive.

It may be an obvious thing, but I didn't know. The tablet on the table can't be touched, or you get it. I looked at what you had. And I just played in the game options, opened a page showing what games I had, saw that it was all infantized and closed. I didn't open any games and I didn't play them. And to my surprise, they charged $15 more for seeing what games they had. Details, I had no information that would be charged for tinkering with the table table.

Been pleasantly surprised by this Olive Garden the last couple times I've been here. The atmosphere and service are pleasant and the food has been satisfying and tasty. It's a small thing, but I also love that they serve Coke Zero.
Rabina R. Was our server yesterday and she took great care of us.

The waitress was incredibly polite and relatable to talk to. Very professional even though she started a few weeks ago. Food is amazing here, as always.

We went for a birthday celebration. We hadn't been here in a while for no particular reason other than calories per dish. Our waitress was amazing and attentive. Our food was delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was nice and not loud. Tables aren't on top of each other. It was a very nice experience with lots of left overs.
Kid-friendliness: Children have coloring and a child's menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. Easy wheelchair access.
