This place has truly gone downhill. Prices are high, portions are snidgy, bread is NOT FRESH. I had french onion soup and it had stale croutons as the bread and little strings as the cheese! When I had a bread bowl, the bread was clearly NOT FRESH. The place is now crowded for dine in.

Very cozy and welcoming. Love how they have kiosks to save time for waiting in line. Top notch service and wonderfully friendly employees. Food is filling and delicious! Would by the whole menu if I had the chance ☺️

Inside seating has been upgraded ... I believe it gives the place a more open feeling.

Use to really enjoy their food. Something has changed in the last few years. Lettuce was wilted and vegetables not as fresh, the last few times I visited.

I used to frequent this location however the price and service has been terrible. I always ordered a cup of soup with half a sandwich.recently i was disapointed with both.sandwiches used to be bigger and cost less.the broccoli cheddar was disgusting..i paid 17 dollars for a cup of soup and half a sandwich.both were terrible..i will never go back to panera...

Ordered from kiosk only to find that my meal would take 45 mins. No way to cancel. This isn’t fast food. Terrible service to not warn customers.

If there is a Panera location around, I will probably get the breakfast here.

I recently visited Panerai Bread and used their self-order kiosks. They have four kiosks, which were quick and easy to use—great for a streamlined ordering experience.

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Bravo, a sandwich I was excited to try. They really skimped on the Bravo sauce, leaving the sandwich very dry and lacking flavor. While this might have been a fluke, it definitely impacted the meal. A bit more sauce could have made a big difference.

Overall, while the kiosk experience was smooth, the sandwich didn’t hit the mark this time. Hopefully, it’s better on future visits.
