If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order at 6:55 PM and waited over 1.5 hours—the order never arrived. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I eventually had to reach out to my bank to get a refund because they wouldn’t process it themselves. Absolutely horrible experience and a complete waste of time and money. Never again.

First time trying this place. The food was ok but the places needs cleaning really bad. Bugs around the windows and every table was dirty. The food is not worth coming back for but guess it was an experience.

I have to eat gluten free and their gluten free pizza was very good. Flavors were great. I didn’t have any reaction and would feel safe eating there again. Service was great. We got our food in a reasonable time. Dining room was clean. Definitely will be going back

Foods good but they are short staffed so we had to wait awhile. They only had two people on and they were trying to keep up with the take out orders and the sit ins..sad they can't staff it better. They'd probably be busier.

I don’t know who made my pizza, but it was absolutely unbelievable. I got the extra large cheese traditional thin crust pizza. It far exceeded my expectations. It’s still had that old time flavor of when I was a kid, in fact it immediately catapulted me back to my childhood. I will be back! Made my day!!!
Papa Gino’s is my husband’s and I’s favorite pizza! We love the constant consistency of a Papa Gino’s pizza, it’s the best. The workers are always happy and the restaurants are like walking into a nostalgic time capsule. It’s a New England treasure.
