Just ordered food from them. They left it on my doorstep did not ring the doorbell. My food completely cold. They're also using cold dough so the food is not being made properly. They obviously cannot read because they don't even put the correct sauces in. Call the store and the person that claimed that they were the manager had no resolution whatsoever could care less. Hung up on me. Said that they use cold dough because they don't take enough out because it will go to waste I ordered food at 5:00 that's dinner time. So that means everybody is getting food made with cold dough. This is not the first time that I have gotten food made this way. I will no longer be ordering from them. And there's hair in my food

Worst pizza experience the app didn't work so I had to order by calling in. Made my order of pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with hamburg and pizza arrived an 1 hour an 48 minutes late I called them after 50 minutes have passed they said the driver just left pizza was not good no real flavor bland and cold to the touch taste like they use cheep pepperoni. My boyfriend didn't even know there was pepperoni in the crust the garlic sauce was not great didn't help the pizza to taste any better. It was a turn off and I love. I haven't been to Papa Johns in over10 years thought I'd give them another try. Now I remember why I stopped going. Sorry no thank you. I would be happier if I could have a refund so that I can take my business else where sad I turned down my favorite pizza from Dominos, but I turned it down becuase my boyfriend and I wanted to try something different sad.

For a chain pizza joint, this place is actually good. Our pizzas are always perfect, and we've never had an unfriendly driver. If you have to choose between here and Dominoes, there is no choice; go to Papa Johns.

Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak something with a P. It was great but it eas more of a Philly Cheese than a Philly Cheese Steak.
We ordered two pizzas, one under cooked and the other over cooked. The New York style pizza was very over cooked and not sliced. The bottom of the pizza and crust was black.

3/28/2023 Just left Papa Johns. Had ordered a small pepperoni pizza and extra garlic sauce over the phone. They said 10-20 minutes, fine. After 30 minutes pizza finally done. When I opened it, it was cheese. I informed them it should have been pepperoni. He argues because it says cheese on the label. I know what I ordered, I can't help if it was keyed in wrong when repeated to me right on the phone. He offered to fix it by putting pepperoni on it and running it back through the oven...............are you kidding me. I left. This place is a joke and gross. Workers screwing around until boss shows up. Had their hands touching everything and then doing food prep, I guess they hope the oven temp will kill it all. Franchise owner needs to get a handle on this operation. Don't waste your money here.

First time going. Food was hot and tasted good. Prices where also good. Returned because first experience was good. But this time it wasn't as good. The pizza was not the one I ordered (called and they said next order I can get the pizza we ordered free) the chicken this time did not have the parmesan on it, like ordered. The pizza we did get was thin crust and cols. This time was not happy. Hoping it was just due to who was working tonight.

That's off of two pieces of pizza bro what is this, and we asked for regular sauce we literally got soupizza, I'd order elsewhere or don't order at 5pm I didn't want pasta I wanted pizza!!!!
