Put in "Cheap Eats" after spending $235 at a pizza place the night before and this came up. Walk in, order and you are handed the dogs at only $3 each. Great chili and can't wait to go back.

Love Puppy Love! My husband and I stop there every Saturday. Gretchen is so nice as was her father when he ran it and when her mother filled in. I used to work downtown and this was one of my favorite places.

As it is winter, we stumbled upon this very small storefront on Main Street in Concord, NH. In the summer she has an outside truck backed into an alley. We just needed a quick bite on a very cold day. We entered the small store and quickly decided on hot dogs, a bottle of water and a bag of Cheetos to share. I got a hot dog with mustard and ketchup, and BF got a hot dog with sauerkraut. Other topping options included CHILI, MUSTARD,KETCHUP, RELISH, ONION,BBQ, CHEESE, CELERY SALT and TABASCO. I think the hot dogs were $2.50 each...the 2 dogs, bag of Cheetos and a bottled water for under $10.00. Good deal! Perfectly steamed hot dog bun, great hot dog...like the old days at fairs! She offered different chips, cans of soda or bottled water . We stood in the small front to eat (that's about all that can stand there its so small) and it was pretty busy with groups coming in, served quickly and back outside. I would definitely come back here. The owner was friendly and while you wait for your dog to be dressed, you can read the accolades and articles on Puppy Love and how it has been in business for 40 years!!!

A staple in the concord community. There is not much to say about puppy love that probably hasn't already been said. When you are walking down main street and crave a hot dog this would always be my first reccomendation. The service is great, the food is tasteful, but the only thing that gets me is the prices. A $2.00+ hotdog is a pretty expensive hotdog if you ask me but i can justify the price with the quality and the sentimental value puppy love holds in the community.
