The service was terrible and the food was sub par. Our server was rude and our granddaughter was served Canadian bacon that smelled of fish (possibly rancid). We ordered a side of potatoes and onions to go and the onions were raw with a portion of potatoes that was so small it was less than enough for a small child. We are usually very easy to please and not critical of things. However, unbelievable lack of service and severely poor quality of food leaves us no choice. We will not return and will make sure people are aware. You need to address these issues Red Arrow. This is going to taint the name.

We love going around and finding little hidden gems like family dinners. Absolutely loved the food and very impressed with the amount of food you get. There is so many options i became overwhelmed! But with the help of great servers i was directed to a good meal for the night. Also had breakfast from there to. Really good

Never experienced such slow seating and service and it wasn’t busy. A diner is supposed to be in and out, coffee/beverage order taken when seated…awful. When we were finally seated, no silverware placed by hostess and 15 mins later I finally stopped her and asked for a waitress. Once we got service experienced improved, but not the Arrow Red Diner experience we were used to in the past. However, food was delicious as always, so that was redeeming.

I enjoy eating at the Red Arrow. The food is delicious and the waitress and waiter are very friendly. My only complaint is is a little chilly in there.
Never been before but will DEFINITELY be back! 100% will go out of my way to get to one of their locations!! I was at the one in Concord and plan to hit the other 3.. Road trip anyone????

We did a dine in took about 2 minutes to be seated and asked for our drink order not even a minute after our waitress came and asked for our food order and was very quick on bringing our food 5/5 service food and atmosphere 10/10 would recommend the Chicken tenders really sweet and savioury

I don’t like to leave bad reviews I got dinner there last night ordered burger cooked medium was cooked to well done and dry. My server never checked in on me to see how food was our if needed anything.

Very welcoming and accommodating waitress. (I unfortunately don't remember her name, but she was recently engaged. She didn't bring that up; a guest congratulated her.) She noticed an error with my order and had it corrected before arriving at the table with our food. My sister enjoyed her fried haddock, and I my farmer's omelet. Both entrees were enough that we each took some home. There seemed to be lots of regulars, and there was a light and convivial atmosphere. We had a flavorful and enjoyable meal.
