Second time I’ve tried this place, both times have been amazing. All meats were delicious and sides are amazing.
Staff was so helpful and knew their stuff. Ask for the lean brisket and don’t but bbq sauce on any of it, it does not need it!

Smokeshow BBQ catered my wedding on 10/11/25, and they were fantastic. They were professional, timely, and kept the buffet running smoothly, which made the day so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and they provided such generous portions that we ended up sending guests home with leftovers. The pricing is very generous and affordable. Highly recommend them for any event!

Smokeshow catered our September wedding, and we could not have made a better choice. From start to finish, this was a great, professional experience. All email and phone communication prior to our wedding was terrific, helpful, clear, and concise. We had our taste testing a few months before the wedding, and one of our protein selections was changed, but we received immediate communication on it and had full cooperation with the catering team. Payment was smooth and easy. When it came to the day of the event, the setup happened fast and unobtrusively. The team members were fun, engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and overall wonderful.
We're lucky that these folks are local so we can stop into the restaurant once in a while!

We used to go here all the time. Tonight's meal was horrid. Meat was slimy, beans were mostly the liquid filling the quart container, Cole slaw was brown. I asked for chowder and didn't get it. We will be hitting up the 603 BBQ from now on. They take pride in their products.

My husband and I have had Smokeshow cater a couple of parties before and it’s always a hit. The food is great, it gets a lot of compliments, and the convenience is unbeatable. Catering comes with plates, plasticware, sauces, extras (pickle, onions, jalepenos) and some rolls. Our friends and family love the food and it takes a lot of stress out of hosting.

Absolute banger! Had the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint! Blew my expectations out of the water. Come hungry.

Shared the 3 meat BBQ plate with another person and we both enjoyed our meal. We both loved the ribs which were dry rubbed and EXCELLENT! The brisket was good but a little dry for me. The sauces were great and for our third meat we had chicken wings. We went on Saturday evening and they had live music in the back! Definitely worth checking out for the food and entertainment.

It's not worth the money unfortunately. Dry meats that are not great cuts. The sides are underseasoned and lacking flavor. I read through the reviews and feel bad so many people thought this was great TX BBQ, if you want that - keep driving down the road, 603 BBQ is where it's at!!!!!!! This place is always empty for a reason! Disappointing at best.

I stopped in a few weeks ago, anticipating good Texas BBQ. Having grown up in Texas and sampling really good BBQ joints there, I had high hopes because the owner trained on BBQ in TX. Unfortunately, the training didn't take. Smokeshow? More like Smoke and Mirrors Show. The brisket had no flavor, and for some reason, the brisket slices were cut into strips. The pulled pork also had no flavor. In TX, they use a lot of dry rub. If you are going to tout yourself as a TX BBQ place, USE THE RUB! The only saving grace for this place, and the reason I rated it 2 stars instead of 1, was the baked beans and collard greens. Both were delicious. But the brisket and pulled pork? Two thumbs down. Try harder, or get more training.
