Splendid Sushi is a cozy restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. The owners are super nice and make some of the best sushi rolls and poke bowls around! My family eats in or orders to go on the regular!

My son and I went here for lunch. Small place that seems to do a lot of take-out. It does have a small seating area that was very pleasant. You order at the counter and they bring it out to your table. I got one of the bento boxes and it was delicious. Nice variety and my the food is so fresh. We both had sushi and it was so good and obviously not pre made. Excellent food all around. Prices not too expensive and staff was super friendly and helpful. If you're in Concord, I would definitely recommend them.

Very cool spot, great for a quick lunch or takeout. Some of the best sushi I’ve had, especially in the state. We actually saw the chef prepare the sushi to-order for us, and it was extremely fresh tasting. My American palette does wish that the crab poppers had cream cheese or something in them, still delicious though!

A not so hidden gem anymore but they have their operations dialed in. They are always kind and accommodating to my vegan order. We order take out here often and my husband is always pleased with the sushi. They are consistent and I’ve never had an experience that was less than stellar. Really grateful for this dining option in Concord!

The sushi in general and particularly the vegetarian/vegan options at Splendid Sushi are great!
My family ordered the veg dragon roll, the eel roll, and the yakiniku crunchy roll. The veg dragon roll was fresh and balanced while the yakiniku crunch was savory and flavorful. The eel roll (not vegan) was simple, creamy, and tasty.
Vegetarian options: Really good vegetarian/vegan options that non-vegetarians will enjoy as well.

Very friendly staff, and hoping today was an off day for the food. My take out order was ready in less than 10 minutes (seems a bit fast) and, sadly, I have to say I prefer the sushi from Hannaford. Miso soup tasted flat and cheap, not good flavor, nigiri and rolls I had was ok, but rice was a bit mushy and fish tastes cheap. The best part was the gyoza. Finished my food mostly because I was hungry and spent almost $30, which is steep for the quality in my opinion. Pickled ginger tastes like ginger flavored dish soap.
