One of the best sushi and authentic japanese food in Concord! The ingredients are always fresh and the plates are really well made! I absolutely recommend this little restaurant for who enjoys Japanese food!Vegetarian options: Veggie rolls

The quality and quantity of the Sushi is outstanding. The price is very reasonable. Have eaten a number of times and the quality is consistently great!
The table/plates weren't cleaned (had stains). Although the service was satisfactory, the dining experience resembled that of a self-service sushi establishment, where patrons could conceivably retrieve their own plates, albeit being served by the staff. It felt like I shouldn't have to give tip.

Hello to anyone considering eating at Splendid Sushi,I do NOT recommend eating here.Take a few extra minutes and walk a few doors over or a block over (in any direction) and you find other places to eat.My daughter and I have eaten here twice and this time we got sick from eating here.We left a large tip because when u pay that’s when you tip and in our excitement, in being able to eat out, I tipped well.The man that served us was rude both times we’ve eaten here. How are you rude to people who are excited about eating in your establishment?!With little money to spare, we were looking forward to this outing. It was a waste of money and time. Talk about adding insult to injury! With sushi, there’s no room for substandard anything.I do NOT recommend Splendid Sushi.
