not too impressed with this place. the worker who took my order wrote it wrong (which is okay) but when i corrected them at the window i had to pay the difference even tho it wasn’t my fault he took the order wrong. never had a problem before but this worker had an attitude and wouldn’t worth me on the problem

The person who took my order made me repeat myself twice on one drink and still messed it up then couldn't find the button for the latte and messed that up too by making it with whole milk not almond milk. I was running very late to a meeting so I couldn't stay and fix it. I did let them know it was messed up and they were hesitant about fixing it at first then I realized the time and just accepted the stomach ache I was going to have and left.

So generally this is a great place, but there needs to be some consistency in training regarding making the matchas. Most of the time they are perfect but about 30 percent of the time they are just milky with chunks in them. Like, CLEARLY this isn't what it's supposed to look like but "here ya go"
How do you make sure a customer can drink the frappe she ordered? This starbucks decided including the straw isn't the answer (2nd time in a row btw). They figured making my dasher wait 45 minutes until the Matcha Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was melted, the whipped creme was completely deflated, and the toasted sandwich was room temp was the answer. I sure wish they chose to go the route of including a straw instead. (It was probably left on the counter instead of being treated as a delivery item and marking it as done)
