I just came in to buy two polar bear cake pops and the cashier's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. She stared at me with a rude face, rolled her eyes when I greeted her with smile, and acted like helping me was some huge burden. It was disgusting customer service. As an Asian customer, I walked out feeling disrespected and singled out. No one deserves to be treated like that. This store needs to seriously fix its staff attitude.

Manager did not understand order and treated front like staff poorly. Not recommended. Go to the real Starbucks down the street.

This Starbucks is located in the Concord, NH Target. There was a short line that moved kind of slow. The cashier was cordial but didn't seem too enthusiastic about her job. I like that I can use my red card and get 5% off my order there too. I got a grande iced latte with oat milk and wanted to try the bacon egg bites. My husband had a cold brew and my son had a cookie. We waited a few minutes and got all our things except the egg bites. I thought that it was still cooking but there were a handful of customers that came after us and most got their orders. About 15 minutes later, I asked the other employee that was in charge of making the drinks and she went to make the egg bites for me; they definitely forgot to add it even though I paid for it.

There were tables and seats available to wait at. I finally got my egg bites and the other employee who made the egg bites apologized for the wait. The egg bites were very good, worth the wait lol! Overall, an okay Starbucks, the initial employee that cashed us out, definitely wasn't performing her A-game, the other employee making the drinks was good at her job, so I'll make it 3.5 stars.

The kid who “manages” this place has absolutely zero management skills. He seems to be younger than 20. I used to come here all the time and ever since the short younger blonde girls left, the place has gone downhill. Its dirty, drinks are never made right and the employees are very rude. The manager was too busy talking to his friends and left one girl to run the entire store by herself. She had to stop multiple times and go out from behind the counter to ask her manager how to do something. Take the extra trip and go to the new location downtown.

When I got there it wasn't busy at all and there were 3 people there and It took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. After that it took 15 more minutes to get my drink, it was because the people there were to busy standing and talking and were too involved with themselves to see me walk up to the register. I was very unsatisfied with my drink, it tasted very watery was very separated.

Awful old women snapped at me when I asked for my usual. Told me she had to charge me extra then wouldn’t let the other employee fill my cup up more than half way past the second line. Never had that happen before and the other employee looked embarrassed. Mind you, there was no problem serving the customers that weren’t wearing rainbows. Kept my mouth shut but in hindsight I should have been a Karen because it made me feel awful. Just get your Starbucks across the street :(

I was 1 of 2 people in line. After ordering it took 15 minutes to get my drink because the 3 girls behind the counter kept stopping to talk and gossip. Between the 3 of them it took that long to make the 4 drinks on the order in front of me and my 1 drink. My drink was watery and separated so I didn’t even end up drinking it and was just frustrated so I didn’t bother having it remade. This hasn’t ever happened at other locations before.2 of the girls also had very long hair that wasn’t completely tied back and it just seemed unsanitary the way they kept tossing it over their shoulders and playing with it while making the orders.

The service was good, but they charged me $5.05 for a quad grande Americano. That is a full dollar more than any other location.

Inside the front door of Target. Clean, large unit, with seating. Full service. I did not have to wait for service.Chai latte was prepared quickly and was delicious, as one has come to expect from Starbucks. I didn't avail myself of any treats, but they looked fresh and yummy.Staff wore masks.I would go here again.
