GET RID OF THE ISLAND LOCATED AT THE END OF THE DRIVE THRU WHERE YOU GO TO TAKE A RIGHT! That island is hard to spot when driving at night and in the rain. The parking lot is so tight, you can easily miss that curb! I accidentally drove over it and possibly damaged my car. I’m never coming back to this location again until that thing is REMOVED. Bad road design!

Fantastic experience here! Our drinks were made very fast and were great. Everyone was very kind and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. This will be our new to go spot when we are out and about visiting job sites.
Whoever the girl was working there around 4:30pm today is terrible. My girlfriend ordered a drink, and she got the wrong one. It happens, no big deal right? Apparently it was for the the girl working there, who told her that's what she ordered and couldn't fix it. It wasn't what she ordered though. The girl working heard her wrong. She still refused to fix it and make it right. Absolutely terrible service. She shouldn't be working in anything that involves customer service.

Super inconsistent drinks that never taste the way they should. I've been here 3 times since it's opened and every time both mine and my husband's drinks have been not right. It's not that they are making the wrong drink but the proportions are way off. The pink drinks come out bright, neon pink from too much strawberry refresher and the iced mochas vary from way too much chocolate to not enough. The staff are polite but it also takes a long time to get your order. I know this is a new location so I'm not giving up on them yet and will change my review if/when my opinion changes.

Starting with the positives - the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere inside is very warm and comfortable. Looks like a great place for meetings or working remote and having a few coffees.
Beyond that, it's a Starbucks, and the company just isn't the same as it was a decade ago. Nestle has cut options and quality significantly in its bid to squeeze money out of the company. The coffee is okay, but nothing like what it used to be. Still a good place to chill out and work though. | |
