If I could give service zero out of 10, I would place a pick up order instead of finishing my order she took the next customer so now my food is late and cold. Go to a different subway. This one is a joke.

I sat in line for 15 minutes so the woman making sandwiches could chat and take 15 minutes to make two sandwiches for the customers ahead of use. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY at a subway again. After 15 minutes of waiting it took 5 minutes to make a large blt without toasting. $15 for a garbage sandwich and 20 minutes. Never again, i contacted corporate. Shut this place down, trash food, horrible employees.

After waiting for 15 minutes for the one guy making sandwiches to finish a large order, I was finally able to order. They were out of meatballs for the second time in a week. One other worker was just stocking the sandwich wrapping paper instead of helping make food. Left for second time in a week without food. Not returning.

Guy takes my order then tries to ring me in but says he “can’t find what I ordered.” (Ultimate BMT) Gal takes over the register and I asked if I’m receiving what I ordered and she said yes.
I end up with toasted bacon in bread…absolutely not what I ordered and not worth $13

Slow, the manager scratches her armpits and continues without washing hands, did I mention again slow? I was sitting for 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and only one person got taken care of at that time. Will not be coming back again.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Literally the worst meal we’ve ever had in this house. All of it went into the trash. The chicken tasted like canned tuna. Everything was sour and tasted awful. We got 4 subs in total. What a waste of time and money.
They have no trays because of COVID in 2025

Menu shows pretzels available. I tried to order two I was told they don't have them anymore. Person working counter completely incompetent. Remove items from menu if you aren't selling them anything.

My order took over half an hour to be built, along with forgetting the pickles, cheese, putting jalapeños on it when it was not in my order, and on top of that the sandwich was only filled 1/3 the way. Very disappointing, will be avoiding this Subway for the foreseeable future.

Willie is a 100/10 employee and deserves a raise for all the work he does. I have never seen him not actively working and he is one of very few employees that I have ever seen that is truly dedicated his job and actually cares about who’s he is working for and serving. Thank you for all you do Willie! Never change!

Yo, give these guys a raise. Excellent customer service, very kind and funny, absolutely loaded up my sandwich, would recommend. Awesome experience tbh.
