My order took over half an hour to be built, along with forgetting the pickles, cheese, putting jalapeños on it when it was not in my order, and on top of that the sandwich was only filled 1/3 the way. Very disappointing, will be avoiding this Subway for the foreseeable future.

Willie is a 100/10 employee and deserves a raise for all the work he does. I have never seen him not actively working and he is one of very few employees that I have ever seen that is truly dedicated his job and actually cares about who’s he is working for and serving. Thank you for all you do Willie! Never change!

I just had to write this wonderful review about this man name William at Subway. He gave me the best service made my sub perfect and the only reason why I’m writing this is because this lady said all the stuff about him that wasn’t right. The place was clean. He gave me a lot of respect and did everything right I will definitely be back to Subway with all my friends.

Vegetarian options: They do have some options for vegetarian’s

Kid-friendliness: The place is clean them ploys respect everybody and there is kids meals

Wheelchair accessibility: The front doors of Walmart open on their own. There’s no stairs and there’s no door going into Subway.

This was the most awful experience that I had! I asked for a foot long on flat bread and he made it in a foot long but sideways. It looked like a 6 inch so I asked for another one and he said “you should have told me that to start” I then explained that I asked for a foot long and he told me this is. I said they usually make it the other way so that it’s an actual foot long and you can share it. He replied, “well I have been doing this way since I started and I just roll it up”. I explained to him again that I’m sharing this and wanted it the correct way. He was also eating with his gloves on while making my sandwich! He was slamming things around and making comments about how I wanted my sub. While sitting and eating he would be talking to his coworker about me and then customers as well. I am very upset about this interaction and he made me feel VERY uncomfortable. To the point I don’t EVER want to come back here! I was with my grandmother and 3 year old daughter! (Picture is of half of the sandwich)DO NOT GO TO THE WALMART SUBWAY IN CONCORD NH!!!!!!!!

By far the worst experience I've had at a subway. I had ordered through uber eats and waited to get my food. Once I got there I was informed incredibly rudely that they didnt have the ingredients and that "there was nothing they could fackin' do with it". I do not recommend going to this subway nor using the uber eats app which (after I had canceled my order since the shop couldnt make it) took my money anyways and did not refund me whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable.
