Out of Tomato's. Out of all but 1 bread type. Out of pickles. Out of bacon.It's 6:45 on a Thursday night. How can you NOT have these ingredients. 2nd time in 5 week I've gone to order a BLT with extra pickles, only to come away disappointed and hungry.

They did not have the meat ready for bmt. They were out of some vegetables. I felt sorry for the worker because she was working alone and it was the lunch hour.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences at any eatery, and we have been around the world due to active duty military life. My husband and I walked into the Walmart location Subway in Concord, NH. We were the only two there to order. It was not busy. Matt (as told to us when we asked him) was on his phone, completely ignoring us. We just stood there waiting to order. When Matt got off of his personal cell phone, he very angrily, asked "what do you want?!". He was rude, unprofessional, mad, angry, disrespectful, and just plain terrible. He should not be working behind any counter or food service area. We nearly left. I asked if he was ok trying to understand if he was having a bad day. He said no, my personal life is F'd up. He was rude, did not put my grinder in the over as asked. Threw tomatoes off the bread, and then put them back on. I told him he needed to change his attitude. Told him he was stressing us out and making us very uncomfortable. He did not seem to care. He angrily put items on our sandwiches. Did not finish my order and just wrapped it. I was not even done. Same with my husband. We were both stopping to eat before work. Then, our account was charged $12.68. Then $12.68 went back into our account as we thought he might have had a conscious moment. He said he was only going to be there 5 more days so he did not care. This morning, there is yet another $12.68 pending now that was not there. Two days after we were there. We are concerned he charged us again or has our debit card numbers. This subway employee NEEDS serious anger management help. He said a lot. We are concerned about his behavior. He was incredibly rude and angry. My husband called our sandwiches "the angry grinders". Trying to find some humor, but this is concerning to us. We do NOT want our account utilized or any more charges taken out of our account. Terrible grinder thrown together messy and sloppy.

Food sucks. Incredibly small portions on bread that is nothing like it used to be. Tastes stale and tough. The prices are much higher than they used to be (yes, I know, inflation etc) but the value just isn't there. The service was sullen and off-putting. The atmosphere is laughable. It's rundown, unclean and icky.Parking: Located inside a Wal-Mart.Kid-friendliness: Not really. Just a generic hole in the wall with nothing that is kid specific.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Don’t waste your money. Almost every time I’ve been here the bread isn’t cooked. I got both sandwiches toasted in hopes that the bread wouldn’t be undercooked but it is disgusting still. I called the store to ask for a refund and he started arguing with me. Saying it couldn’t be undercooked because he could cut into it. Absolutely not worth the time or money.

Stay away!!! First, when has 2 subs, 2, chips and 2 drinks become $40?!? Upon arrival, it took almost five minutes for anyone to come out of the back room to see that we were there. While making our sub, the girl behind the counter threw a stack of cheese on our sub and said “ I don’t feel like fighting with it” um ok? Then the second employee came out of the back room coughing, not covering her mouth and standing in front of the bread tray, coughing all over the bread! I have never in my life been so disgusted!

i ordered over the phone. was told 10 min, went 25 min after to give extra time, upon arrival I had to wait an additional 20 min to get my sandwich. when I opened it up it looked like someone made it and then open it up, dumped it out and smooshed it back in the bag it was a complete mess and made me not want to eat it. not worth the money at all, and something along these lines has happened every time I go to this location. you guys suck. I couldn't put 0 stars so theres one, but it should be 0.

The restaurant is disgusting, a simple cleaning every now and then is all it takes. The food quality is terrible and overpriced for what you get. Only two different breads and out of sauces and half the vegetables. Idk if this place is in the steps of collapse but sure seems like it.On top of all this, the woman working was being extremely rude to a older woman trying to order. All i am thinking is that subway needs to heavily review and fix this store, the discrimination here isn’t something that should be tolerated…

Female manager worst customer service ever... told us to order under the big green sign that says order here just to educate us.. we were looking at the menu not even ready. Left won't be going there again or ever way to lose a good size order....
