Dodgy NotDodgy

The manager of this location doesn’t know how to make the teenagers he’s hired wash their hands. They will serve you food right after touching their phones, or coming out of the bathroom, without washing their hands. They will pick stuff up off the floor with gloved hands and continue making your food with the same gloves on.They will serve you expired food because they are too lazy and cheap to throw it away and prep FRESH ingredients.The manager, Jim, is lazy and uninvolved. He doesn’t care if the food you buy here is edible, quality, or even up to Subway standards. He is in the business to steal your money and to provide the lowest quality service possible to maximize profits.

The young man working there was visibly unhappy with waiting on us. I guess he was having a bad day. We were charged for two foot long sandwiches, and we o had ordered one 1 foot long and one 1/2 size. I didn't realize this until I got home and read the receipt. Thought it was a lot but paid for it. Next time, I'll be checking my receipt there.

Gave it a one star because this franchise is not accepting paper coupons or online coupons anymore. This was my local subway but will no longer visit and will take my business elsewhere.

Best subway experience I've had in a long time guy working the counter had me laughing basically from the second I walked in until after I had paid, he made a great sandwich too and the customer service was top notch. The young lady working with him was also doing a great job handling prep work and online orders. I'll be back to this subway from now on when I'm in the area.
