I would say at least 9 out of 10 times I order here, they mess up my order. I hate sour cream. How hard is it to follow a simple instruction of "NO SOUR CREAM"? Apparently pretty hard because it's gotten to the point where I don't even order items with it as an ingredient anymore because it seems they are literally incapable of reading an order slip. Tell me how they STILL managed to MESS UP my order and add sour cream to something that it's not even supposed to be on?!? Absolutely terrible. I didn't even bother getting refunded, just threw $5 in the trash. Chances are they wouldn't remake it properly anyway. Bang up job Taco Bell!

Not only did they forget items in our order… they did not forget to add whatever ingredients gave me food poisoning… i love taco bell but im extremely disappointed, this is the only one around me for miles but we will not be back.

2 of the male workers from drive thru seemed like they didn't care and always messed up my order and didn't give me my change after I paid, resulting in having to go inside and still couldn't get THAT right!

Tonight, we drove to Taco Bell to grab dinner. When we reached the drive-thru window, we noticed about four employees standing around instead of actively working. After placing our order, we were asked to pull up to the mobile pickup spot, where they would bring our food out. A few minutes later, we received our order and headed home.
However, when I opened my spicy potato tacos—after specifically ordering extra potatoes—I was extremely disappointed. The potatoes were so hard they were practically inedible. There was no lettuce or cheese, and the quality was far from what I expected. I couldn’t even eat the other two because they were the same. It’s frustrating to receive old, rock-hard potatoes when fresh ones could have easily been made.
Consistency and quality control need serious improvement. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about whether their order will be correct or edible. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and ensures better food quality moving forward.

Not sure what all the recent bad reviews are about. Went in at 1pm on a Friday, place was clean, staff were locked in. Ordered chicken Crunchwrap supreme with nacho fries and drink. Crunchwrap was great, chicken cooked well, ingredients fresh and came out warm. service was quick.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, not that anyone expects perfection from fast food restaurants but omg I’ve never heard such disrespectful employees, the service quality is by far the lowest of the low, absolutely shocked that management allows there employees to act so fowl, I’d much rather drive to tilton for Taco Bell then come back to this location, but it’s not worth the drive😭

I got my food via the kisok. It took 36 minutes ubtil I got my food, and I needed to ask for it. Was never given my almost $3 bottle of water. When I asked to see a manager and cancel my order they grabbed it off the counter near the drive through. The slip showed it was finished and put on that counter 5 min after I ordered it for dine in. They let it sit on that counter for 30 minutes. My tacos were cold and soggy. And they ignored me when I tried to ask for my water multiple times. Then told me they were too busy to help me. I never got my water. My food was disgusting at that point. I was really disappointed.

Kitchen is visibly dirty from the register. Floors are absolutely filthy and slippery as can be. Despite there being wet four signs out there seems to be no effort made to clean the floor or put fans out to help keep it dry. Waited at the register for five minutes or so with multiple employees seeing my son and I are here waiting to order. Very frustrating.

I don't usually go to Taco Bell, but I decided to as it was nearby. In the drive-through line. I was the only one there and still had a 5 minute wait. Then, when I was in the middle of ordering, the lady asked me to pull up to the window. I found that very impolite. For my order, she had ended up getting my drink wrong, and my quesidilla was cold. I had also noticed a lot of the workers were just lounging around.

They open at 9:00am. I ordered food at 10:00am at the drive through. I was the only one there. It took over a half hr to get my food. I could here the aggravation in one of employee's voice that was even there. I seem to run in to this alot at taco bells.

It appears yall tend not to be so nice to your customers, I don't think that's great service at all and personally I feel very upset. Yes I normally wouldn't be upset about such a thing and I'd move on but it went to far, it was disrespectful and straight up rude. I myself was being extremely kind and nice to the employees but they couldn't give me the respect back, not even the slightest bit of kindness. So im sorry but I must leave a bad review cuz honestly it was unfair to me and unfair to everyone else.

I wish I could leave negative stars. This restaurant has the most rudest staff I have ever experienced! I had a problem with the online ordering system. No big deal right? I called the store to see if the order went through because I was charged but it said there was an issue placing it. I called them to see if they could help. A woman answered first. She was fine at first. She told me the order didn't show up and recommended I call customer service. I asked her if she had the number. She hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected. This time it was a guy that answered. I asked if he had the number and then he hung up on me. Before he hung up, you could hear another guy telling him that he would handle it if i called back. I called one more time. I asked why they kept hanging up. He literally set the phone down and the told the other guy not to worry because I won't call back after he set the phone down. All I needed was the customer service number. I wasn't rude or anything. I ended up getting the number online, yeah I should have done that after the woman hung up on me but I was confused as to why they hung up. The actual customer service person was really nice and I explained about my issue with the online order then made a complaint about the employees. I'm not a "Karen" but they were so rude! It was awful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!
