Wild to say, but Concord Taco Bell has set a standard for me. They are fast, my order is right, & the staff that I do interact with, is always friendly! I'm guessing they finally got some decent help since COVID, because they have been on point lately!

This Taco Bell needs to ALOT of work and a better work mindset. They are rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. They mostly hire teenager's who like drama. They are not mature… lastly their food takes about 25-30 mins to get. Fast food more like slow food, This place should be under new management!!!

For a taco bell this place is great. Kamryn upfront got my drink when it was forgotten in the rush. The tables were clean and taken care of. They are understaffed so a wait is normal in a rush.

Just got told I have to wait in the drive thru for “about” 15 min before they will even take my order, and then I have to wait for them to fill it because they are short staffed and are tending to online orders right now. The girl sounded like she could care less and wanted me to leave Edit #2 ..it’s been over 20 minutes, I asked for a new estimation and she’s now ignoring me after staying she told me it was going to be a wait Edit #3 she thought I left and tried to say the same thing to who she thought was the next person in line. I let her know I told them it’s been over 25 minutes. Called in 99 restaurant and got it in the 15 minutes. I can be patient and wait but this girl thought it was a joke and could have cared less.

Always the slowest fast food restaurant in the area. Just tonight I ordered on the app through drive through and the worker at the window told me to come inside and wait for it. I couldn’t care less about their drive through times, if you can’t make the food in a timely manner, management needs to know this. Extremely disappointed as always.

15 minute wait for a quesodilla and three tacos. Worker forgets my drink. Drink machine doesn't have baja blast or midnight.
Not gonna lie made me upset about spending $15, you know, 50% more than this cost just a few years ago.
