Placed an online pickup order. Arrived on time and followed the instructions of the text which was to stay in the car and text “here.” The follow up email said my order was not ready and stay in car and they would text when my order was ready. Never received a text. I sent a follow up text and got a text saying not ready, stay in car, and wait for a text saying to come in and pick up order. After 40 frustrating minutes, I went in to ask and the gal said, “oh, it’s right here. Our text system doesn’t work right.” Didn’t offer any apology, anything to make it right. I wasted 40 minutes waiting following their instructions for a cold order, and they kept telling me they knew their system didn’t work right. That wasn’t very helpful to hear.

When I was halfway home, the text finally came telling me my order was ready.

Doubtful we will be back to this location. Have been to many Texas Roadhouse locations due to military life, and this one has been the worst for service. Placed a to go order. Was driving there at 8 pm after working all day so was looking forward to a nice steak dinner. Walked in, waited for a bit (a bit long). A young female employee comes in frantic, ignored me, but I saw one bag ready to go. I told the girl that might be mine. She verified it was, but proceeded to tell ne she doesn’t know how to ring me out, and that an order she took was lost, and she was looking for it, but she would get someone for me. I waited again for a bit (a long bit) being patient as I understand they have other customers. When noone was coming, I walked into the restaurant, and asked the girl at the reception stand if she could get someone to ring me out as I have been waiting for awhile. A young girl finally comes out w a rather manic attitude, and proceeds to admonish me for coming to get someone, and that they have other customers, and are busy, and on and on without pausing her criticism and preaching. It was very disrespectful, rude, and I am a customer too who was simply trying to pay for my food so I could go home and eat. When I finally asked for her supervisor, she then proceeds to be untruthful, and states “yea, I’ll get the supervisor because you’re attacking me here”. I was stunned. At no time did I attack this girl. In fact, I felt she was relentless preaching to me as if I’m a punching bag for her bad day perhaps. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating to try and pay for my food, and deal with this attitude. We have ordered to go here many times, and will not be back for awhile. We have had bad service dining inside so do to go instead. Now, we will not be doing that either. Disappointing.

Good food. Great service. My BF had never been there before. The server brought sample of their house made sides. I'll get their green beans from now on. Steaks were well prepared.

I placed an online order to pick up curbside. I got there on time and the text message I got to my phone said to stay in the car. I had to be told by another customer that this location doesn't do that that you have to go in. So I went in. Got my order. Got in the car, opened it and was very disappointed. My fries were completely floppy and soggy. The chicken critters were soggy as well and the breading was falling off. I'm going to have to put everything in the air fryer at home in order to make it edible. And not to mention, the cheesecake was directly over the chicken and the fries so that ended up being warm. I won't be going back here

Texas Roadhouse was busy as usual, the food was good. The service was good. It meant all my unusual expectations.
This is not a quiet place. This has line dancing intermittently and there's usually lots of people filling the tables.

Brandon did a great job. Asked me to check my steak. He thought it was a hair underdone. N he was right. Hit steak with a bit more heat & was perfect. Sat at bar. Bartender was friendly & informing. Good meals.
