Good place , having lived overseas for multiple years it’s hard to get use to tipping structure at every corner you walk into . It’s nice that they don’t have it forced , for that I would totally be a repeat customer . Coffee is great too

Great place to go to when you're skipping high school, highly recommend for CHS students who want to chill and have good drinks away during the school day.

This place is awesome. They use white mountain co. coffee beans, which I think is awesome. They have a wide selection of espresso drinks to try. I have personally tried their cortado, breve, affogato, etc. All were great! Having the option to try these is very nice. Especially for those trying to expand their pallet for different styles of coffee.Their breakfast sandwiches are also very good, I personally get the bacon egg and cheese on asiago. I have not had any complaints so far.The service is good, and they have a good amount of seating inside. I recommend anyone in the Concord area to try this local cafe out.

They have a great selection of coffee and teas. They usually have new creations on the board based on the seasons. It's very reasonably priced, very clean, and the staff is always friendly.

One of the workers, long blonde hair,Jasenta is her name, very rude and disrespectful, My wife and I come almost every morning and spend 12 dollars and change on two pastries and 2 coffee's,This morning we had to wait almost 15 minutes for the coffee to be in urn, then we had to wait for the half an half,When I mentioned it she was very disrespectful and rude,She is not a good face for the company, especially when she treats the customers like they are beneath her,I will make sure my 50,000 people who pay attention to my reviews will understand that she is rude and disrespectful...You The Bean & Bakery should be aware that her lack of professionalism is a hit on the company...Here it is a couple of days later and the Lady seems to be more polite and respectfull,I understand people have a bad day,but in this line of work you are the face of the company, Personality is what draws people in ....Thank you...

I’m from New York and I just say that their establishment is excellent! Their customer service is off the charts as well and the products that they offer! Across the board, they are absolutely amazing. I’ll always visit when I’m in New Hampshire! Ps try all of the muffins, but do not leave without purchasing the raspberry blueberry muffin & when she asks if you want chocolate chips, make sure you say yes!

Great place for coffee and sandwiches. I got a chicken salad sandwich on toasted sourdough, and my wife and daughter both got caprese sandwiches on ciabatta -- we all enjoyed them! The bread is baked on-site, and you can tell. Also got an iced cappuccino, which was perfect -- plenty of toasty espresso flavor. The pastry selection looked good, but I skipped dessert. Staff was friendly, and there's tons of seating. Decor is charming, with a number of vintage coffee machines and grinders scattered about.Parking: Street parking uses convenient online payment via text, website, or app.

I am in town for work training, so googled coffee shops as I wanted some breakfast and a hot coffee to walk into training with. I chose the shop because of the reviews and the menu looked decent. Upon entry I was greeted half heartedly; when I made my way to the counter, there was no enthusiasm, keep in mind it is 8:30 in the morning, so a little bit of happiness would be appreciated, especially at a coffee shop. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha with no whip cream which was listed under the hot coffee items. A secondary girl, who seemed like she was training, started to make my hot coffee when the barista who took my order told her it was an Iced and not hot. The trainee questioned and said are you sure it’s iced she said yes. Keep in mind. I never stated that I wanted an iced coffee but because of social anxiety and avoiding conflict I did not correct the barista. I do love this drink in the iced version but it’s a little chilly this morning and I wanted something hot for the day . So once my drink was made, I did kindly tell the training barista that I did not ask for iced coffee however, I was going to take it iced. While she was making my coffee, I did scan through the menu to see if this was also offered an iced version, and it was nowhere under the cold coffee menu. I also got a blueberry muffin that is VERY hard, almost like it’s been sitting on the counter for 3 days kind of hard. The shop itself was very cozy and quaint but the low review comes from my specific experience and unfortunately I will be seeking another coffee shop for the remainder of my training.

Great coffee and a nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. I wish they used mugs instead of paper cups for those enjoying in house but I know it's more work/time/space and workers are in short supply all over. Just remember to bring your own mug if you prefer ceramic.

Good coffee beans, but clearly way past its prime. The people working there very effectively communicate that they do not want to be working there.

The staff is always so kind and welcoming. The coffee is wonderful, the baked goods naturally great. What sets it apart is the atmosphere: it's spacious, full of light, and the beautiful patio feels like an extension of the airy indoor atmosphere. The three large indoor tables easily accommodate gathering of friends. All in all, by far my favorite cafe in Concord.
