Fabulous treats and service! Quiche, oatmeal pie, and cranberry orange whoopie pie were to die for! Do you ship!? 🤷🏻♀️😜
Try the quiche! Really tasty!
I stopped in and enjoyed some of the baked goods this morning. They bake everything in house with a wide selection of pastries bars cakes cookies and more. Quality coffee and beverages are available, and there is indoor seating. Clean restroom provided. Some other foods are available, and staff is very helpful. Parking is on the street. Delicious treats.
Inconvenient Holiday Hours
I wanted to place an order for the holidays, but they have shortened hours the week of Christmas, and are not even open Sunday to make up for it. Who does that? To shorten your business hours during the busiest, and potentially most profit making time of the year? Terrible business sense to have shortened hours to pick up your order. The majority of the population work weekday 9-5 / similar hour jobs. It is not accessible to have to take time off work to pick up a bakery order. Needless to say, they have lost my business this year, and possibly forever.
Very energetic atmosphere lots of great smelling items. My rating on the food (3 stars)was because1/2 of the items I had purchased were nothing close to what they should taste like. The other items were perfect.
Our cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. There may be some issues with taking cake orders as our pick up time was originally scheduled for after the party, and we ended up getting the wrong flavored cake. It tasted delicious and was still enjoyed, but I was a bit disappointed to cut into a chocolate cake instead of vanilla. I was unsure why they don’t pipe flowers, but glad they were able to make it work.
Baked good here are fantastic. I particularly enjoy the scones and muffins. Most of the employee's are nice, but there's one woman whose consistently rude to customers.

Service was friendly and reasonable price. Got 2 whoopie pies and an oatmeal cream pie later in the day. All of it was bomb. Love the salt caramel cream idea, and the blackberry whoopie I got was very well executed. Really made the cake part of the whoopie pie more tasty, usually the part I care less about. Wish I lived closer. Will definitely try to swing by next time I'm in Concord. Want to try the scones.
We ordered a birthday cake and it was delicious! Also they make the best whoopie pies I think I’ve ever had in New England
An affordably priced little shop with friendly people and delicious baked goods. Their whoopie pies are a personal favorite. Would love if they added cupcakes to the menu!

As a local business in Concord, they truly deserve our support. If you haven't yet visited Crust and Crumb, I highly recommend you do. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered a cake for my mother's 77th birthday and it was excellent. Exactly how I ordered, great flavor, and it really made the party special. I had already ordered from the bakery previously and had great results but this was the show stopper so I had to drop a review.

The cake is probably the best cake I've ever had. The Italian merignue buttercream is so light and fluffy and not overly sweet. The bread is absolutely delicious. The only thing that is a little off putting is the staff is not the friendliness. The woman who waited on me seemed like she was in such a rush to leave and I almost felt like I was bothering her by being there.

Volle Punktzahl, weil der Apfelkuchen/Pfirsichkuchen absolut der beste ist den ich je gegessen habe. Absolute Empfehlung.

Disappointing to say the least. The food was flavorless and bland. I went with my mother and both of us agreed that it was overpriced for the amount and quality of food we got. We feel like there was no salt in the desserts we got which adds flavor. I don't recommend this place at all.
