The staff are always pleasant and efficient.
We always eat there whenever we pass through Concord.

My friend and I ate here today. We both ordered the sunrise grilled burrito. Hers did not come with avocado or pico de gallo. Mine was missing bacon and neither of them had sweet potato. Same check so not sure how so much went missing and were made so different. They were served cold and slapped together. I had the impression these were hot food items. Literally a cold chunk of cheese. The latte was luke warm at best. They were not super busy but the staff were obviously completely miserable. I think the ingredients are good and the food could be good if only the staff cared enough. Won’t be back which is unfortunate because I was really excited for the menu. We should have gone down the street. I have no idea how this place has a 4.6 rating.

I’m leaving this review because I was charged for cream cheese that I never received. I reached out politely through the business’s website to let them know, but no one ever responded.
We stopped in on our way to a short vacation. The bagel sandwich I ordered was fine, though it was missing the sauce listed on the menu. My girlfriend enjoyed her soup and quinoa bowl, though she felt the bowl was somewhat one note.
Before leaving, I decided to purchase a few bagels and cream cheese separately to take with us. The bagels were packed up, but the cream cheese was missing. I understand it’s a small issue, only about five dollars, but it’s disappointing when there’s no acknowledgment or response after reaching out through the proper channel. At minimum, I would have appreciated a reply, or ideally a small refund for the missing item.

Incredible bagels, especially the cheddar jalapeno as an egg sandwich ✨ they are not overly toasted and the bagels are not bland on their own. There are many healthy options available for any time of day, as well as grab-and-go goodies. I'm not a fan of the smoothies but this is one of my favorite places to frequent downtown.

I love you guys and I never have issues but I just wanted to let you know that I did an online order of a sausage breakfast sandwich tonight with added bacon, spinach, and tomato for dinner. I got home to eat it and there wasn't sausage 😭 I love your breakfast sandwiches so freaking much and the sausage is so good so I was super sad. I checked my receipt just in case I messed up the order but it says sausage.
It still tasted great with just bacon but it was definitely a bummer. I would have said something in store but I didn't look at it until I was home. I was looking forward to the sausage sandwich all day, the thought of it kept me going tbh. It's the little things.
I will keep coming back, mistakes happen, but please don't forget the precious sausage. Please 🙏
This place was Awesome. Great atmosphere. Service fast and friendly. Cappuccino was delicious 😋 No Matcha Lattes tho that takes you down a few points. Better work on that. Shane says soooo.

Since it was my first time, I simply wanted to know what comes with it, but the response I got was, “whatever, everything.” When I asked if they had any pre customized options, he just said, “I don’t know, do whatever you want.” It felt a bit dismissive and unprofessional. But I like the food, the bagels are yummy and fresh.

I grew up always going here and always picked up a works (everything) bagel with scallion cream cheese for years. The past few times I’ve gone the bagels have been very dry and cream cheese grainy. Still one of the better fast options with good menu variety downtown. I’ll keep giving it a shot!
