I came to your locations a few night ago and you have an employee there kinda shirt with reddish hair. She was the rudest person I have even been in contact with there. She just had a complete attitude with us I was not impressed and will not be visiting your location again . I believe I heard another crew member call her Ciarra she is going to run your business to the ground and drive away your customers .

Went at about 845am for my break. This is my first time getting an acai bowl here. I love acai bowls. This is the worst I've ever gotten the acai is completely frozen solid so definitely not fresh and the granola is barely broken up. I have a whole bar on my bowl. I think for $12 I'll pass next time and just keep my money

We decided to give the store another shot after not ordering food for nearly a year due to constant quality issues, needless to say we will not be giving any more chances. The same issues were present as before - we ordered a wrap and a sandwich, and they were filled with brown/red, literally rotting lettuce, and the wrap was made wrong. I drove to the store (it was a delivery order) because the food was simply not edible and there was no form of an apology for the food or inconvenience. The food was remade, and the wrap yet again contained red and brown lettuce.

We ordered a couple fruit smoothies, they were both very delicious and refreshing. The size is huge for the price. We will be back!

Stopped by after a dr appointment. Placed my order and recieved my order. My side was an apple. Seriously the worst looking apple ever. Yhe skin was open in several locations and it looked beat. Not st all acceptable. Only one rest room appeared to be open. But wait a couple came out of the one restroom that was locked for a long period of time. Wow really. Gross. Not stopping by again.

It is a little pricey but the smoothies are deffinetly worth the money, the staff are verry friendly and make you feel welcomed

Three of us ordered three different smoothies. Not one of them was blended. The fruit and ice chunks and the supplements kept getting stuck in our straws. There was a huge chunk of supplement on top of one of the smoothies. We couldn’t drink them. And the store smelled like wet dog.

This place needs management to do an overhaul of employees. Didn’t want to leave a negative review because I have frequented this location for a few years, but a second incident two days in a row has provoked me to write this in hopes this terrible work ethic gets fixed. Spoke with Sydney this morning regarding an incident yesterday where an employee took my order, and a lady in front of me, however, a young boy came in, and the girl who took my order proceeded to chat away with him. Giving him a smoothie as well, even though two of us had ordered before he even walked in. She continued to chat away with him as if no one else was around. She forgot to make my smoothie when another employee asked if it was done. She didn’t know how to take the add in off that our account had on it, and we have done this many times before. Her attitude was one of being annoyed that my presence was interfering with her personal chat with the boy who came in. Today I went in to order again, and when I left, I had to go back because they gave me an entirely wrong bowl that I didn’t order. I don’t like peanut or chocolate, and it was a PB crunch bowl, and not the chia seed pudding that I had ordered. Two girls were carrying on a personal conversation when I ordered, and I feel they just aren’t paying attention to customer orders or the job they are there to do. I left with the new bowl, and had to go back in yet again because they forgot to put a spoon in the bag like they usually do. Very dangerous to give someone a wrong order like this. If a child (or adult) opens up a bowl containing peanut butter, and they are allergic to peanuts, you could KILL them. It’s very uncomfortable to go in there now. They seem more interested in personal conversations rather than their job. Work ethic needs to be addressed. It’s a feeling that you are annoying them when you walk in to order. Used to be such a great and friendly place. Yesterday I had the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. Definitely was not made right. Hoping management takes this behavior seriously because they will lose customers.

I have been going to Tropical Smoothie located in Concord NH for the past three months and haven't had a problem until recently I showed up 20 minutes early to their closing 9 pm time and the lights were off and an employee was locking the door. I was extremely disappointed because I had left the gym early to get a smoothie and it was closed 20 minutes early. When I asked an employee she said that they close the machines down that make the smoothies however I had always come prior to closing times and been able to place an order.

Great girls in the morning

Just tried here for the first time, had peanut paradise with a buffalo chicken wrap and apple kale slaw. Was delicious and very happy with what i got will for sure return!
