The food was fresh and delicious, with just enough choices.. I really appreciate that items are not served in styrofoam or plastic!! We were greeted promptly, and served quickly by friendly, clean people:) the tables and chairs and food areas were all kept clean and uncluttered. and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was bright and sunny, kind of utilitarian but fine for what we wanted ... a quick lunch.

I used Twelve 31 Catering for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration. From start to finish, everything was amazing! Communication was very easy. Delivery was perfect. They dropped everything off in a timely manner, set everything up for us and was so polite and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about it, some people took cards for future use!

I HIGHLY recommend Twelve 31 Catering and will definitely be a returning customer!

I met my friends here for lunch and it was delicious and fresh! The 2 girls working there were very friendly and outgoing. When they had down time(no customers), they cleaned the counter and glass and kept busy, swept the floor etc. I was very impressed. These girls were young and you just don't see that anymore! Went up to NH for a ski weekend with friends and picked up SEVERAL trays of food from Twelve31 to reheat once we got up there! Not only was the food sooo delicious but it was super easy to order and pick up. We ate it for dinner one night and leftovers the next day LOL

My husband and I also grabbed a bite from the Cafe at the Concord location and it was v yummy! Thank you Twelve31!

We’ve used Twelve31 for a bunch of corporate lunch events and the food and service has always been excellent. Recently had a chance to use them for a New Years Eve party at our home and they were awesome for that too! Food was great and they really helped make sure we had exactly the right amount and mix for the event. Super nice people and great business operators. Highly recommend.

Michael and Melissa, Thank you for preparing the wonderful meal for our family gathering Saturday. We followed your heating instructions and everything was fabulous! You received many compliments throughout the night including “fine dining experience.”

I’m a foodee and love to cook. So letting go of the cooking was not an easy task. But I am glad I did and everything was delicious! Ordered catering for a backyard wedding and was a hit! The food was amazing especially the baked mac and cheese. Everyone loved it and kept asking who had catered the food. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would order from them again. Super happy and it made the day!!
